When all is done sincerely and without any prejudice, a winner of the 2012 Presidential Election will be declared. During 2008, what did the NPP through Kwabena Agyapong not try to with votes from Kumasi at the strong room until they were exposed? It is still fresh in the minds of Ghanaians when figures were cooked to show three constituencies recording over 100% in Kumasi. The NPP in short sought to win the elctions with just three Kumasi constituencies and kept bringing in fresk figures when even votes from far awy oversea Upper East had arrived, Kumasi was not yet over. Figures don't lie, but liars can figure.

First, the NPP General Secretary issued a statement appealling to doctors and then the party comes out with this. They have noticed that there is too much bad news on Nana Akufo Addo today, so they have to do some damage control or limitation. That is what explains why Volta Region returned almost 93% for Mahama and 6% for Nana. Mind you NPP candidates have been averaging about 12% in presidential elections since 1992. So why the sudden steep drop?
