Even in the Developed Countries, millions rely on used tires. The problem with ghana is some people import winter tyres which are not good from the tropics and our roads too are horrible.
Practically NONSENSE!! NRSRC has created another opportunity for custom officials to put more money into their pockets. Creating more cumbersome procedures at the port. Brainless lot!! Then BAN USED TYRES period.
