It has also been realized that Mr. Akufo-Addo’s certificates from both “The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple” in the United Kingdom (UK) as well as Ghana’s General Legal Council cannot be traced, therefore are all missing.

Additionally, it has shockingly emerged that Mr. Akufo-Addo, was the only person who was called to the Ghana Bar on Tuesday 8 July 1975 “at a meeting of the General Legal Council held at the Supreme Court, [inside] the Supreme Court Building.

Still none of Mr. Akufo-Addo’s Law School mates or lecturers has owned up to clear the air on his qualification as a lawyer and whether or not he is impersonating someone called W. E. D. Akufo-Addo.

So far, Mr. Akufo-Addo in his defense filed for him by Lawyer Frank Davies produced two vaguely written letters from questionable sources as exhibits merely dismissing Justice Kpegah’s writ at the court, which will be first heard on Tuesday, April 23, this year.

One of the letters was dully signed by a certain E. Bart-Plange Brew, Acting Administrative Secretary on behalf of Secretary to General Legal Council.

The other letter from “The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple” in the United Kingdom (UK) was only signed by an officer who only provided a signature and designation as Under Treasurer – Middle Temple, but failed to give his or her name despite having said that Mr. Akufo-Addo was “specially admitted” to Middle Temple on January 13, 1969 and passed July 22, 1971after passing the English Bar Examination.

Mr. Akufo-Addo’s supposed letter from the Middle Temple looked fictitious as it has no identification in terms of the society’s crest, logo or any identifiable emblem. Indeed, the letter looks forged.

A visit to the website of Middle Temple (www.middletemple.org.uk) reveals the society’s crest to be an oval-shaped crest with a knight of the Templar’s Red Cross with brown borders. It also has a white sheep that is leaning on a flagstaff ending in a cross at the top.

The Herald discovered that the officer in-charge of the Middle Temple society presently to be Master Treasurer, Christopher Symons QC and has his deputy to be Under Treasurer, Catherine Quinn. Strangely none of the two personalities appended his or her signature to the 2007 letter, authenticating it as coming from the Middle Temple.

If he has really conned us for so many claiming he is lawyer, then I believe the SC should carefully scrutinise all the documents he (Nana) and his cohorts are presenting to the court as evidence to challenge the 2012 election results.

Early life and education

Nana Akufo-Addo was raised in Ga Maami (Accra Central) and in the Nima area of Accra. His father's residence, Betty House at Korle Wokon in Accra, was effectively the headquarters of the country's first political party, the United Gold Coast Convention (UGCC), after it was formed at Saltpond on 4 August 1947. Three of the "Big Six"—the founding fathers of Ghana—were his relatives; J. B. Danquah (grand uncle), William Ofori Atta (uncle) and Edward Akufo-Addo, who became the third Chief Justice of Ghana and later ceremonial President of the Republic from 1969 to 1972, was his father.

Are you aware that Afari Gyan has been running the Ghanaian election since 1992? He was the same man that declared Rawlings, Kuffour, Mills and now Mahama as presidents. He's doing his job the right way as unpleasant as it may sound and look to you. How's that so hard for you to grasp? No sitting Ghanaian president has ever lost re-election and Mahama sat in for Mills for over six months making his face visible to Ghanaians everywhere. These voting campaigns have no effect whatsoever on Ghanaians but rather the guy they see on TV as the president all the time. Most Ghanaians are completely undermining the efforts of this sitting president and that's not fair. We are not giving this man any chance to run Ghana at all. There is too much tribalism been sown everywhere by very few Akans who are IGNORANT of politics. The election was monitored by many dignitaries outside of Ghana who have no vested interest in who wins or not, because either way we are still going to get fucked by the international manipulators.

Ghanaians must thank the three wise men (Nana, Dr.Bawumia, and Jake) for giving democracy a chance in Ghana. The SC must not be afraid to dispense of justice to expose the electoral fraudsters (Afari Gyan, JDM and NDC). Long live Ghana. You may google Nana Akuffo Addo to find two sets of added nformation to the original. As chairman of the Commission, I think he is the sole representative of the Commission and should be in court even though he has employed a lawyer or lawyers.

This is why we are in court because Gyan doesnt know his job, he sit and wait till somebody tells him to do his job. You haven't sworn any of the affidavit and that's a major worry for Justice Dotse, for him being absent in court all this while.

Okay! So, Afari-Gyan wants to tell Ghanaians that he's not privy to court process or progress so far? The man can run but cannot hide.

This is a man who ignored all pleas and warnings to desist from creating unnecessary new district electoral constinuencies just before the December election. He boastfully declared that he had the constinutional previledge and power to create those new electoral districs, knowing very well about his wicked intentions.

Dr. Kwadjo Afari-Gyan is one heck of an arrogant being, who thinks he's above the laws of Ghana. He's messed the whole country up, with his stupid decisions. He's caused lots of problems for Ghana. We're lucky people; civil unrest or war could have errupted, had it not been the coolness of NPP leaders and their followers.

Now Afrai-Gyan is hot; he can run but cannot hide! What a corrupt man and a big disgrace to mother Ghana. What a shameful soul!
