Why should the VRA be denied of monies to import crude oil into the country to feed its turbines, resulting in the current power outages, whilst Woyome & other NDC stealers are given millions of Ghana cedis to chew chin-chinga ?

Why should the issue not be politicized when it is due to a corrupt and inept government with no priorities ?

We Ghanaians have not forgotten how you Asiedu-Nk3s33 suddenly inflated the cost of the Bui Dam project by being the sole supplier of expensive blocks to the project.

I understand that Electricity problem was not started by mahama but there should be a more radical approach to solve it. As a party's general secretary, did you not also see the light problem coming and what effort did you make? We know Mahama was vice P for some time but what was his status in the party? What recognition was given him and his ideas. We know those whose ideas carried more in the party at that time. Sometimes I pity Mahama but well, uneasy lies the head that wears the crown.
Stop playing Holy because your hands are tainted. Are you also not chopping the country's money like today is the last day? When you took that Bui Block contract selling Blocks to Ghana at such an exhorbitant price, and Wayome was stealing from Ghana, were these issues of National interest? It looks like Rawlings pumped some sense into your head so you were tamed for some time. Now that you are out talk sense.

What was your government doing for the past four years after you subvert the will of the people when you stole the verdict? You preconditioned and prioritized yourselves in paying judgement debts to your cronies and left the economy to rot. What debate can help solve our water/electricity problems than to divert the looted monies to invest in building more dams and enhance the living condition of the average Ghanaian worker? No water and power supply in most part of the Guinea fowls Republic of the North but you guys decided to invest in Guinea fowls project which may need enough water and electricity to survive. I will ask this idiot to go to court to seek an injunction on Y3 ma mo dumsc oo Mahama! When a hitherto ordinary poor sick man becomes NDC secretary and gets transformed(still so lean) overnight, there is cause for alarm. You sit on the Bui dam board and sell the same project materials at prices far above the stipulated value. Is that conflict of interest not a national issue? When you and your cronies sell to yourselves state cars, lands and other properties those are national issues. When your party connives with your tribesman Afari Gyan and his outfit to rig elections in your favour,that is a national issue. When the NDC steals 51.2million cedis and use Wayome as the conduit, that is a national issue. When an attorney general is relieved of his post because he whistle blows the scandal, that is a national issue. Even more so a national issue when he is put under "arrest" days before till days after elections for fear of him saying something detrimental to Mahama's chances of rigging elections.

You see, elections are not about winning (fair or foul means)! Its most importantly about having men and women doused with enormous wherewithal and sincere and selfless passion to work assiduously to get solutions to national problems. Bipartisan approach to solving national issues is laudable but like a father in a home, a government must take decisive responsibility and inertia and spearhead any solution but not to demonstrate utter loss of ideas on what must be done! What are you there for in the first place? And who says solution to national problems have little to do with politics? Is political campaigning prior to election not premised on a party's touted confidence in steering the nation to higher heights?

Shame, if now we hear a ruling party's secretary throwing his hands literally in despair! It becomes more of abject demonstration of lack of ideas and hence a disappointment and very sour taste in the mouths of people who placed their hopes in you. The options ? 1. Take the lead and search for solutions to the pertinent issues confronting the nation as government or option two: admit you missing something required to sparkle or catalyze robust and winning governance and be graciously apologetic to the nation of the lack of pragmatism in leadership and eat your humble pie and invite citizens who have the track record across the political turf to join hands to snatch the country out of the socio-economic doldrums!

And finally General Secretary should remember many of the men and women whom he expects join hands in addressing issues may take steps to do so if he demonstrates sense of decorum in his utterances as a political leader!
