In the NDC manifesto of the 2012 election, the implementation of the SSSS was listed by them as one of the gargantuan achievements of this administration.

The fools trippled the paychecks of the Army and the Police as they were the first to be moved to the SSSS policy as a form of a bribe to maltreat their political opponents. Now all workers want their paycheck to tripple which did not help workers since prices including rent, traqnsporataion, food prices sometimes outstripped the pay increase.

The government wage bill that was 2.5 billion dollars in the beginning of 2009 has gone up to 8 billion dollars due to the pay increase and the creation of 45 constituencies and creation of 46 districts that have added thousands of workers to government payrolls. The chickens are coming home to roost for Ndc stupid policies.

The NDC from late Atta Mills to present day Mahama were/are not developing Ghana.NDC from the looks of things is promoting itself by implementing programs that maybe nice in the eye of people. Eg. Let's give laptop to schs.They give out laptops without realities that its not installed with educational software. Let build the tallest building in Africa.Instead creating jobs by giving part of the amount involved to the banks to loan it out to entrepreneurs to expand their businesses to hire more people or create new ones etc etc. The NDC govt then rushed and implemented salary structure which was in the first place not their ideas or plans and to add insult to injury,they could not ascertain whether its sustainable or not.All what they ndc thought and continue to think is that,the implementation would make the NDC party popular.Those are some of the reasons I said the NDC is promoting itself to the detriment of developing Ghana. Think about the number of strike actions since then!

The policy makers who drafted the SSSS formula for wages have done done a great disservice to this nation.I don't know whether in formulating the policy their objectives were more on politics rather than the interest of the country.It was a casino policy which implementation and repercussions were left to chance hence this government has no idea how to handle its aftermath.The policy was not thought through and if the implementation continue the way it is, it will bankrupt the country.The whole policy must be re-looked at if even it means suspending it as it is at the moment and phase it over a period of time.Those saying that it a promise that must be fulfilled will realize that if it goes wrong we would all be losers.The MPs pay rise must be suspended with immediate effect and phased out with the new formula.

Some workers got what they didn't deserve while others were refused what they duly deserve. How do we expect harmony on the labour front is this happens?
Instead of proper negotiations with disgruntled workers, the FWSC is using headstrong tactics, and propaganda to try and solve the issues. The NLC is also useless and powerless. How can the NLC give rulings, and the FWSC can decide to unilaterally flout it without any prior notice to the workers. Yet, nothing is done about it.
I think George Graham Smith is incompetent and he should not only be fired, but he should be prosecuted for causing financial loss to the state. Bcos the wagebill was tripled for no reason, thanks to the incompetence and poor management by George Graham Smith

This Earl Ankrah should be encouraged to to register into GIMPA or consult with Prof. Addai to learn some ueful lessons and know how to talk well, in times of crisis. He has no clue of Crisis Management, more so HR and PR.
