Akufo Addo's C.V. States that 1967-1971, he trained and qualified as a lawyer at the Inns Court School of Law. My educated guess is that Nana is not a lawyer.If Akufo Addo has any grain of decency in him he should prove to the nation that he is not a quack lawyer. One day his certificate was missing, the next his lawyer claims it is not missing. Margaret Thatcher is dead and gone. That is immaterial to us in Ghana. The relevant question is can you substantiate the assertion that you obtained a law degree? So far, evidence is lacking.

The opening paragraph states, “I came to serve; I have finished my time here on earth and have moved on to everlasting rest and celestial duties with my heavenly father.”

The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

The letter then goes on melodramatically, “As you leaf through these pages of my life’s story, I pray to God that it touches your heart in many positive ways. Weep not, I am not dead. I am alive and awake in the Lord. Ghana will not die; Ghana will live to declare the works of the Lord. If you want to continue to worship your idol Nana Addo to be beyond reproach that is fine, but that does not mean everyone regard him as such, for most of us he is like all of us above no law and ought to answer questions when legitimate concerns are raised. His inability to do so is quickly eroding the high regard many of us has for him, and if he thinks the issue at stake is petty, then that goes to show you the disdain he has for the very people he is seeking to rule over. This is arrogance and disrespect at its highest. Thatcher had no interest in the welfare of Africans, why praise her, do I remember a certain envoy travelled to Britain to petition the British govt to delay Ghana's independent back in 1956 because it was somebody called Nkrumah who was branded a socialist was going to become the president. Don’t tell the world that ties is still alive.

So this is the reason for all the malicious fabrications about the man- that he strongly suspecting legal violations in the conduct of the last elections, he chose not to resort to violence, as other African politicians do, but to go to the Supreme Court to seek redress as mandated by the Constitution, something the NDC also did following the 2004 re-election of Kufuor.

And how exactly do you want him to give peace a chance? By accepting the gargantuan fraud perpetrated by the NDC? Look, some of us believe that the NPP should give up this case and fight another day. But any suggestion that Nana is violent because he is seeking legal redress in the Supreme Court is utter nonsense.
