Can't you people see that the writer made use of 'desolation' which meant nothing was on-going at the Kolege, high...the Wesley Grammar incident only tells that the incident at Kolege did not affect the examinations. Though i ...

This issue needs to be investigated thouroughly and any punishment for any victim effected. Dont play with peoples life Mr. Headmaster.
what about the circuit supervisor, the district and regional directors of education. they must be arrested as well for negligence of duty.
