  I WISH PEOPLE CAN MAKE THEMSELVES CLEAR IF THEY WANT TO PROUNCE AROUND AS EXPERTS. U say, and warn that the Bui Dam, which is in its final phase of completion, will break down within six months if government is going to use all the energy it generates. So what does he mean? We loose some somewhere or store some? Speak so all and sundry can understand u. U say, "The power should be on when you and I need it not when we don't need it." Do you think we will generate excess and waste it?
