Secretary B mistakenly picks the already registered pack, goes to his computer and starts registering the same pack from 512. The last person on Secretary B's list is thus 612. The difference in serial numbers of the same persons on the two lists will be 512-111=401. This figure 401 will be the fixed difference between the duplicated list.
Does this prove a deliberate attempt to rig elections? If yes, for which candidate? Does the EC know who on the list will vote for which candidate? This is a clear HUMAN ERROR. Bawumia's allegation that duplication points to rigging is flawed and baseless. If these hundred persons registered in the same polling station, it will be very difficult for all of them to vote twice. This is no point for debate.
