You can bring in or smuggle into a courtroom any document you want but it will not be admissible into evidence if it had not previously been filed with the court and copies provided to the opposing party. This is a rudimentary rule of evidence and civil procedure which obviously this drunk clown is not aware of.With such a man as the head of the ruling party, no wonder the country is so messed. The register was displayed is part of a level playing field for all parties.Voting day 7 Jan 12 was level field for all arties as they were obliged to post their party agents and observers.after all these somebody sees something wrong and so puts in a suit and provides a written affidavit and reports they are ready.It was not fair giving same 5 days to the respondent to answer questions from affidavits of cooked facts as they were by the ruling party. why then is NPP NEEDING ANSWERS TO THEIR AFFIDAVIT WHEN THEY COMPILED THEM WITHOUT COPYING THOSE WHO WERE TO ANSWER.
