Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. I am not with any party. the right thing should be done. if MAhama won fairly fine, but if he didn't and it was manipulated in his favour, Ghanaians are the loser. I do not care for NPP or NDC but I can tell you one thing, for the NPP to go to court, I knew they had evidence and now NDC are in trouble because based on the law, I can tell you the election will be declared in favour of Akuffo Addo because the constitution does not say the elections should be run again.

Yes, if you over bloat a voter's register, you are likely not to get 100% voting. the over voting being referred to here is that, at some polling stations, the number of individual people who actually voted is less than the total number of ballots declared at that polling station. Also, there are situations whereby ballots declared after the polls have exceeded the total number of ballots actually recorded as issued out, so where from the extra ballots? The problem is, these so called 'errors' systematically occurred at one contestant's strongholds.

The Court will test the evidence to ascertain its validity.

When before the election the E.C. came out with the guidelines that votes at polling stations where there is over voting will be canceled, I remember one of the parties in the election kicking strongly against it. Their argument at the time was that if that was done their opponents can easily take advantage and slip one or two votes into the ballot boxes at the stronghold of their opponents in order for the votes to be canceled. I think that possibility still exist. we have to look at a better way of solving this issue or we will always have this problem on our hands. If i belong to a political party and i want to be fast, all i will do is to get to the stronghold of my opponents and manage to slip ballott papers which i will have thumb printed for my party into the ballot box. in that case that can help me win the election but in case i do not win, i can raise issues.Let us be careful

For me, all these hulabaloo about challenging the 2012 election results at the SC is rather an upfront to our democracy practice. Belief me or not, the precedent is now set, where all subsequent elections will be determined by the Supreme Court. We live in Africa where any loser of an election cries foul. The point is that we don't really believe that the mandate of the people is what wins elections and so aggrieved political parties will continue to resort to the SC for determine election results each time we go to the polls. My candid advice to the leadership of the NPP was for them to have rescinded the decision to go to the courts and re-channel their efforts and scarce resources towards 2016. Unfortunately, they have a leader who is bent on becoming President at all cost. The Holy Bible tells us to be humble for God to exalt us. The Battle is truly of the Lord's but not the Supreme Court.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with telling us that this is a 'press release' or 'propaganda article' by the NPP office. Why create the impression it is a statement from the EC? I simply don't get it.

In any case, I believe viewers following the case can make their own summaries of the proceedings and give their own interpretations and not the 'spinning' that both the NDC and NPP are spewing out?
