Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Won't you honestly welcome the thought of the President having won the 2012 election on a clean slate? Without any shred of SIGNIFICANT irregularities? Your perceived nation wreckers are by all honest estimation equally have a passionate heart to serve the country. They are no less qualified as your idols. Ghanaians took a decision and the process was seen to be tainted with irregularities by them. And nothing wrong with that so long as they can prove it legally. You wanted them to go to war over this? Or you welcome their obedience to the tenets of the constitution to seek redress at the Supreme Court?

Come on, dear! Put straight-jacket partisan politics aside and be objective for once! We all want the best for our country. I don't really care who is at the helm of affairs but I can't admire them if they got there by foul means. They themselves would lack the confidence to govern. Mind you even not many investors would rush to put money into a nation whose leadership have a controversial electioneering tag! And they can't have the peace to govern properly. And who suffers? Not the politician, but it could be you and me and the rest of ordinary Ghanaians.

And that is what the Court case is all about! The nation needs the truth. Let the distinguished Justices of the highest court of the land do their solemn work!

The present issue is concerous and allowing it fester for nearly 4 months has provided a fertile grounds for desaster.
However,an astute politician can turn it look on it as a sourse of inspiration: harnessing all the wills- to prove himself,show competency and outwit his opponents by demonstrating how able he can handle situations undaunted by the current vicissitudes.The Mahama administration has also the advantage of being a continuity government so it could not be distracted too much by what is going on. On that note, I would say that there should be no excuse for any retrogression.

The only thing that seems to be going well is the deployment of the Police at vantage points on highways in Accra. Even that I believe it's to make sure any attempt by pro-NPP elements to misbehave is quickly crushed.

The issue is, why should the election petition at the SC have a toll on John Mahama, if indeed, he is innocent of any irregularities, violations and malpractices which has occassioned his presence at the Flagstaff house as a President? The constitution also explicity states that, whatever he does would be without prejudice. So why is he finding it so difficult to address the myriad of problems bedevilling Ghanaians with the result that, the country is sinking day in and day out? NDC cannot deliver on the development goals but because John Mahama wants to be President at all cost, they stole the elections with the active connivance of the EC, and now, we are witnessing the gargantuan incompetence and humonguous ineptitude of the Mills-Mahama-Amissah Arthur adminstration.
