Lawyers, Medical Doctors from the Ghana Medical School, Accountants who qualified as CA(Ghana) and indeed all the other Ghanaian based qualifications where typical Asante and Akyem examiners pushed through mediocres, so as to maintain the majority in all professions. The ongoing doctors strike, the threat strikes by other Asante and Akyem dominated professions such as the judiciary is a manifestation of the cheating that has been rife in our educational system for so long. Qualifications obtained from Ghanaian Tertiary Institutions are not worth the papers they are printed on and are regarded with disdain by the very countries that are so much admired by you Asantes and Akyems. Demonstrating in the streets of London, Washington, New York etc about your elections in Ghana. Who cares in the USA and Europe about you tribal politics in Ghana. Yes, the judges are right. From Day 1 the Ghanaian court attendees were never going to be like the Kenyans. The SC should empty the Court room now before any nasty incident happens to throw the whole country into flames. Cheering and hooting are meant to influence the justices. So why entertain it? The ground had been prepared by the NPP to drag the intergrity of Afari Gyan, and President Mahama into the mud with this court case, judging from their comments the have made earlier on. No sooner had they filed the petition than they hit the roads with protestations and rallies amidst insults and threats. They cannot stand anyone who challenges or who wants to contest the evidence of their "wiz kid". The NDC should also stop cheering. But Tony Lithur was right in his ross examination is permitted, it is not in the mouth of NPP supporters in court to murmur about the line of questioning. The SC must be bold and bring order to the court room. It is their sole prerogative. The point about live telecast by the NPP was to embarass the EC and the President with untoward behaviour. It had nothing to do with transperancy.

I am not sure that the Court in Kenya also went down the route of telecasting which turned their court into almost a MOVIE COURT with all the actors attempting to get involved and to provide background noise in order to eliven the show

I have often told Ghanaians that Africans and especially Ghananians can have all the qualifications in the world but they mean NOTHING. I am a British trained professional without a degree only British Architectural professional qualification but I can beat any Ghanaian with chain of architectural degrees in field. THIS IS WHAT WE CALLED TRAINING & EXPERIENCE.
