Whilst admitting that the reduction slightly affected the figures presented to the court the day before, he was quick to add that it did not significantly alter the foundation of their case and Nana Addo would still have won anyway.

This made Quarshie Idun and Tsatsu Tsikata to intervene. Tony Lithur was so frustrated that one of the judges has to draw his attention that he had exceeded his "statute of limitation" and should begin to round up on his long crusade of double exhibit numbers for the same polling stations.

The presentation of duplicated pinksheets for the same polling station is an embarassment that could have been avoided. It is unbelievable that this happened and Bawumia's only explanation was "wait I will come back and explain later".
This could have been avoided if he had summarised all pink sheets for each so called "mutually exclusive category". Then he could have pulled up that printed paper and tendered it in court to save himself of the embarrassing answer he repeated throughout. If you say you did not include it, then why present it? Some of the exhibits bore different category numbers and how do you explain that?
This casts doubt on the entire evidence and the Respondents will have a right to request for further better particulars in the form of detailed summaries for each clause and category to be sure that nothing fishy is going on.
I think the strategy of the NPP executives was to dump Truck loads of raw gabbage and make it impossible for NDC Lawyers to check but it has turned against them.

Bawumia is making allegations because he was not in control of the general elections.Mahama did not declare himself a winner and did not swear himself as the President of Ghana.The real battle is between EC and Nana Addo.Afari Gyan will come and explain to the world how Ghana Elections are been conducted.He is the boss of all the elections in the country,it's not Bawumia,Nana Addo,Jake or Mahama who conducts our elections.Evidence has to be credible and beyond every doubt,if there is any iota of doubt then I can tell you,that's the end of the story.That is the reason why Mahama's lawyer is trying to discredit the evidence right there.The lawyer has no business in defending over voting or whatsoever,his business is to dismiss the case at once.He has already given the impression Bawumia's evidence is not credible.That's the most important step towards throwing away the petition.Now NPP must find a way to polish their evidence otherwise there is no credibility in the petition.Thank you.

Indeed,Dr.Bawumia was superb in the court yesterday as he was very consistent in his answers to the lawyer for the fist despondent. Infact the man has proved beyond every imagination and has made it clear that the petitioners has a strong case.Although the lead council for the first respondent made the proceedings little boring by asking similar questions which required a single answer over and over again,the proceedings were fantastic. The judges were able to control the proceedings better and the council for the various parties also completed them selves well. God bless our homeland Ghana.
