Is it not funny that combing through this long list, you never find ONE station the NPP won? In effect, NPP wants all polling stations they lost in to be cancelled and annulled. Haba!!! Such craziness.

Considering that the petitioner is arguing that a single violation should lead to all the votes cast at that polling station being discounted. It seems hypocritical to say that not a single violation took place at a polling station won by the NPP. That is why their evidence must include all the 26,000 plus pink sheets for people to verify that indeed the NPP victories were without blemish.

Remember the hopes of the NPP is that the election will be rerun or declare in their favor. I am assuming here that the petitioners have a genuine case in my submission here. Now for the NDC to avoid being declare losers they will have to comb through all the 26002 pink sheets and if they succeeded in establishing that indeed there were irregularities on many other pink sheets which the NPP 'intentionally' refused to include in their analysis, then the dynamics of the game may change in favor of either side. Or there would be a call for rerun if either of the two sides failed to gagner the 50%+1 votes required to declare a winner. So, granted that what the petitioners have presented to the court is nothing but the truth and only the truth, which I believe so, the onus therefore will lie on the Respondents to eat the bait of the NPP and come on common terms that there were widespread irregularities which in my layman standpoint of analyses will call for a possibly rerun.

The plain truth is that these Justices,no matter how hard they try,would be constrained by eyes looking in from beyond our borders!
as far as I am concerned, Owusu Afriyie as his cabal are simply buying time to thwart their unceremonious exit from the political scene. How can a ruling mandating a re-run of the elections help the current NPP agenda,when they have vowed to to any dealing with the Afari Gyan EC? Can you now appreciate the political damage some members of the NPP are inflicting on their organization?

Last night,I knew the NPP game plan was out of the bag! It is this brazen attempt to forment 'trouble' in this country that will prove to be the NPP`s undoing. When you tie all the loose ends together,you cannot help but accept the xcharge that those in control of the party(NPP) today,want power at-all-cost. How on earth can you claim to advance the course of Justice by engaging in these 'little' tricks?
Let anybody who is sincere,and wants the best for this country, examine their conscience and decide if what the party has charted the right course in the months leading up to the Dec 2012 elections;and past few months since the declaration of the presidential results by the EC chairman,Dr Afari Gyan.

The hearing of this petition, which is being shown live to the whole world, is going to damage NPP fatally.
Going by NPP's list of polling stations in their contention, there was no irregularity in Ashanti Region or at constituencies where NPP's candidate won. It therefore stands to reason that, it is an irregularity for NPP to lose.How ridiculous.
At the end of the trial, the whole world is going to see how free, fair and transparent our electoral system is. The Electoral Commission's reputation will soar and President Mahama will grow stronger but Nana Akufo Addo and NPP will be greatly diminished.
