The NPP`s plan B which is unfolding before our eyes,is premised on the 'sympathies' people errorneously believe they can count on from certain members of the SC. The appeals to Justices to muster 'courage' and render a 'just verdict' are coded messages directed those justices. The problem though is that the entire world is watching the court. Already,core supporters are sensing deja vu,and are beginning to ask pointed querstions as to why Bawumiah is the lead witness,instead of the flagbearer himself,who also happens to a supreme court attorney. The NDC is clearly still in the doldrums they seem not to understand what Dr. Bawumia has gartherd or they probably think they can still continue with their lies and propaganda even when there's mounting evidence that they rigged the election with the help of the EC.

I hope our Noble Justices have discovered they delay tactics the NDC's lawyers have began employing. By law, they're allowed to cross examine Dr. Bawumia. From the look of things, they're going to ask questions on all the over 11,000 pink sheets that the NPP have uncovered; that will take nearly 6-8 months to go through.

Asked if the was trying undermine the credibility of Dr. Bawumia's evidence, Tony Luthor who's the lawyer for 1st respondent said, he was focused on huge discrepancies in figures presented by Dr Bawumia.

He said he was trying to establish that Dr. Bawumia has used duplicate pink sheet numbers in his tabulation or some sort. It's funny! It's as if the astute statistician doesn't know what he's talking about and he Luthor is smarter. Hmmmm! We'll all see the length of the frog, as it lay prostate, and dead, on the banks of River Densu.

It's becoming obvious that the NDC would want to use delay tactics to drag the case to nowhere! Yet, they're the very ones who'd turn around and tell Ghanaians that the NPP is not ready for the case. That is bullshit!

NDC think the whole hearing is being done in the dark. Amazingly one of their lawyers Ato Dadzie also said that the NPP's case won't last.
