The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

The letter then goes on melodramatically, “As you leaf through these pages of my life’s story, I pray to God that it touches your heart in many positive ways. Weep not, I am not dead. If Justice KPEGAH should truly have the evidential proof of this missing link, then perhaps the greatest crime of this century would soon be resolved.

A Pastor once remarked, “New Level, New Devils”. And he was right at the time. It was borne out of personal experience, and this pastor had realised that the higher he went in knowledge and power, the greater the challenges that came from the demons. He had to wonder why the spiritual battles were intensifying until he came to the conclusion “New Levels, New Devils”. He finally realised he’d reached a new level, hence the enormous challenges.
The NDC is battling on every side to remain in power; power they themselves know they do not deserve. There is a lot of chatter on frequencies being used by the National Security apparatus.

It has become clear that the NDC didn’t know they will win power, and that was because there was an intense dissent in the camp prior to Election 2012. The Ahwois had laid siege to the acting President, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, asking for a prize possession. In return, they were going to support him wholeheartedly.

After all, The Late President John Fiifi Atta Mills had been their candidate. They brought him from being Commissioner of IRS to become Vice President to President Rawlings. Arkaah had messed up, they [Ahwois] needed a replacement and needed one quick. Their first port of call was to Papa Kwesi Nduom, who had would have made a very fine stand-in. They mistook his friendly relations with Totobi Kwakye to mean he may be affable and agree to their proposal. It was good, and Nduom could have accepted. Except there was one problem; the man with whom he was to work. President Rawlings had made headlines for brutalizing his Vice President Kow Nkensen Arkaah. It was scandalous and also fearful, Nduom thought twice about it. After all, he [Nduom] was not desperate and would wait his time.

Having been turned down, they approached President Mills. He was a socialist, he had credentials and had been promoted to become the Commissioner as a result. He was going up. He listened to his friends and decided he would never pass up the chance to help his nation. As Commissioner of IRS, he was doing the same anyway and could do even more to help mother Ghana. He accepted and was outdoored as Vice President to President Rawlings. He was obviously sensible and kept his head down. He never got into any rows with his Master and got rewarded for it at the famous “Swedru Declaration”.

The Ahwois knew he was sick and could die, but it didn’t mean he was going to pop soon. They had several plans in place. Whether the President died as a result of his ailment or not is still a subject of debate. However, the Ahwois were caught off guard and had to gather quickly. But this time, they had no acceptable trump card.

Whatever they told the Acting President (I will withhold details for now) was not accepted. He was adamant he would not grant it. He became an enemy overnight. And then the plotting started. They [ Ahwois] made sure that the Acting President will not be confirmed. They knew all the electoral tricks, after all, that is how they won the 2008 elections.

But His Excellency JD Mahama was “smart”, well at least until the court determines otherwise. He quickly convened a meeting, gave Asiedu Nketiah the task of winning and that was it. The Ahwois were shocked the Acting President won the elections and wondered how he did it. Well, Until the Supreme Court case came along. They now know how and intend to spoil the party for His Excellency.

Like the devil who lost his prime place in heaven, the Ahwois are bent on destroying the sitting President. They have built a power base and will not allow that to be blown away overnight. They are working very hard and especially so as it is alleged that His Excellency President Mahama’s dear wife is the one making all government appointments. Even Asiedu Nketiah had to question the president on why he appointed – Kweku Bani - Chief of Staff and Raymond Atuguba as Executive Secretary. There have been questions over the others.

The President is now embattled, and he is deploying all sorts of arsenals.
First, they kept telling the country and Ghanaians that they would be presenting 4800 witnesses. There was an uproar and then they decided to cut that number. They brought it down to 327. Somehow, they thought they could get away from it, but even a non-legal person would have known the outcome; failure. They knew it would fail and didn’t field their best lawyers. It was designed to slow down the process. Anything to slow it down is fine. They have already decided that they know they would have to go at some point but not before they at least make it into the 3rd year of the 2nd term. There is a lot of chatter. Gbevlo Lartey is one person whose career is on the line. He is currently sitting on thorns. But it may take a while.

Then the accident of Bawumia. Sir John has made what certain members of his own party think are outrageous comments. I haven’t seen his [Sir John’s] evidence, but Sir John is right on the money. The NDC is behind it. It may not be the presidency, but “helpers” of the establishment.

The evidence points more to the NDC than to the Presidency, but it is His Excellency who would have benefitted if it had worked. It has the hand of “General” Asiedu Nketiah behind it. This is because, not only is Bawumia the 2nd respondent, which doesn’t bother them too much. Instead, he is the man who has painstakingly led the collation of evidence, with his thoroughness and mathematical brain. If he is out of the way, the evidence could take some time to make the necessary impact. The mischief by the NDC would be difficult to explain. That is indeed why they wanted him dead and not because he was the 2nd respondent.

That has failed and now Justice Kpegah rises to the occasion. Under different circumstances, one would have been tempted to declare him to be suffering from the early stages of dementia. But please don’t!

The Ex-Judge knows what he is doing. He’s been deployed to slow down the process. It has the purpose of taking Nana’s focus from the case. As brilliant a lawyer as Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo, the man is keenly interested in the case and would leave nothing to chance. His legal brain is working around the clock, and he is providing very intense leadership to the army of lawyers representing him. Nana knows what is involved, and no disrespect to lawyers but he is the “General” with both the brain and the might behind the team. If he can be distracted, mistakes could be made and the case, could crumble. Just maybe…

Kpegah has been gunning for a role in this government since its first term. Now is the time to show he can really be a member of the gang by “shedding blood”. To belong, he must “kill” a big prize. He can only do this by attacking the principal of the case, i.e. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo. Kpegah knows he will lose the case, but he would have proven to his paymasters that he can be as ruthless as they are, and that he should be admitted into the gang.

Like Machiavelli, he is the Prince of Darkness for the NDC and will be hailed as such by his paymasters.

In the US being an American citizen who can be president means having been born there, especially when one or both parents. So Obama's only defense was to show a birth certificate that proved that he was born in the US. I am a Ghanaian who gave birth in the US so one day when my daughter wants to vie for that high position, she would have to show that she was born there period.

Being a lawyer and having a law degree are two different things. Though I agree that one needs to have a law degree before one could be allowed to write the Bar exams, I wish to draw readers' attention to the fact that not everybody who have a law degree can pass the Bar exams and be admitted to the Bar. One signs the Roll Book when he/she is being admitted to the Bar. Then after that you can practice as a lawyer.

Therefore if Nana Akufo-Addo can show evidence that he signed the Roll Book with the then Chairman of the General Legal Council, His Lordship the Chief Justice Samuel Azu Crabbe and the Judicial Secretary he will be done. The onus lies on Justice Kpegah to prove that the Chief Justice and the Judicial Secretary at the time colluded fraudulent together all those who were in charge of scrutinizing certificates before one was cleared to the point of being "inducted" or signing the roll book. If they are not able to do so then Kpegah does not have any case and in fact the state can even charges him for wasting public funds in a stupid legal case.

Let me come down a little with a practical example. I have a PhD now and am teaching in a recognized university as a Senior Lecturer. Before I was appointed as a Lecturer, I had to attach my certificates, among other things, to my application. In addition, my application and documents had to be scrutinized carefully by the department I was coming to teach for as well as the faculty in which the department was located. I had to even appear in person to prove my worth at various levels of interaction and interviews. If today, somebody challenges me of fraudulently practicing as a Lecturer because in his view I do not have a first degree then the onus will be on him to prove that I did not qualify to apply for my position. The question will be how did the university give me the offer if I did not even convince that university at the time of appointment with my certificates that got me the job. That person challenging me rather has to provide evidence that the certificates I submitted are indeed not mine.

Why is this so difficult for TerrblY Spe cifiC and the rest from understanding this. Stop calling on Nana to show his certificates and rather call on your man, Justice Kpegah, to provide evidence that the certificates Nana provided at the time were fake and the case will be settled. If the latter is too difficult for you to do because your work for NDC will be questioned then let us all keep quiet and watch how this case unfolds in court.

Akufo-Addo’s supplementary Affidavits: Matters arising

I continue my discussion of the suit brought against Akufo-Addo by Justice Kpegah with a simple question: If the Kpegah case is dead on arrival, why should Akufo-Addo not be at ease but scramble for “extracts” and not certified copies of his certificates to file as supplementary affidavits?

There must be something really nerve-wracking happening in the rat hole!

My good friends, I have already insisted that I will keep probing into this Akufo-Addo matter until I reach the bottom of it or even go beyond it. I will do so not because I hate him or because I want to defame him but because I consider the matter concerning him as far as Justice Kpegah's suit is concerned to be more intriguing than his quest to become Ghana's President.

If we are complaining of leadership crisis, which is at the heart of our inability to move the country forward, anybody fighting tooth-and-nail as Akufo-Addo is doing, should be torn apart, examined indepth, and rebuilt for us to know who/what he is, even before we allow him to enter the corridors of power.

I am on this case for what it is. Now, I have in my possession the new documents that Akufo-Addo has filed at the High Court in support of his motion. This new motion, signed by Godfred Yeboah Odame confirms that Frank Davies is no more Akufo-Addo's lawyer.

Then, the two supporting documents (one of which is a note signed by Bernard Bentil, Administrative Secretary of the General Legal Council) has an extract from the Roll of Lawyers (dated July 8, 1975) and the second note is also said to be an extract of records from the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple (signed by one J.B. Morrison, Under Treasurer).

New affidavits provided by Akufo-Addo
My good friends, a careful analysis of these documents has revealed very intriguing issues.

Interestingly, the so-called “certified true copy of extract” from the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, signed by J.B. Morrison, has the same contents as the one Akufo-Addo had submitted as supporting affidavit for the first motion he had filed earlier asking the court to strike out the suit.

While that first document was dated October 22, 2007, this current one (said to be the extract) has a different date of July 22, 1971. Do you see any discrepancy here? If the original entry was made on that date, shouldn't a replacement have the same date?

Handwriting issues
There is a lot of work for a handwriting expert to do because one can see many things in this document that will have to be subjected to thorough forensic examination. Even without being put under the microscope, the handwriting on these documents raise red flags all over the place for one to wonder what is happening. I wait to be proved wrong, though, which is why the hearing of this case from the beginning to the end should be imperative. I pray that no technicality will be invoked to forestall it.

Interestingly enough, the contents of the extract of records that he has now produced as a supporting affidavit are the same as what the earlier NOTE from the Middle Temple had. The only difference is that this one is handwritten as in a station diary (what the Police keep of daily happenings). There is no difference in language. I have so far teased out 5 strong issues after scrutinizing those documents and will raise questions on them in my opinion piece. There are some inconsistencies.

Indeed, the note signed by that Administrative Secretary of the General Legal Council (Bernard Bentil) is dated April 12, 2013. If Akufo-Addo knew that there were records on his enrolment by the General Legal Council, why didn't he ask for them instead of getting a NOTE from E. Bart-Plange Brew (Acting Administrative Secretary as of Tuesday, October 16, 2007)?

Remember that in that NOTE, the signatory made it clear that Akufo-Addo had informed him that he had lost his qualifying and enrolment certificates, which was why he gave him the NOTE. So, where was that extract at the time the NOTE was being written? More questions, my good friends!!

Akufo-Addo changed his lawyer (taking away Frank Davies and replacing him with Godfred Yaw Odame) probably because Frank Davies is a member of the General Legal Council so he can call him as witness if the need arises for him to corroborate his claims.

Obviously, this supplementary affidavit has only 8 paragraphs. I have a copy of the first one; and juxtaposing both has made it clear to me what is happening, which is why I am bent on probing more into this matter.

Akufo-Addo hasn't produced any certificate but records/extracts/entries made that he “signed” for his certificates!!! As I keep saying, I have copies of all the documents that he has submitted as the supplementary affidavits. There is no certificate attached!!!

If he was issued with original certificates at the time he completed his law training and when called to the Ghana Bar, what prevents the General Legal Council from replacing his certificates instead of giving him “certified true copies of extracts” that he signed for his certificates?

The issue with the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple is even more complicated because not until one does the 12-month pupillage with a recognized and authentic law firm in Britain at the completion of the law training, one is NEVER called to the English Bar.

I have authentic material from the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple that clearly spells out the conditions on which one can be deemed to have completed one's training as a lawyer at the Middle Temple and be certified as such and called to the English Bar. We recognize the fact that requirements for such professional training are likely to change over the years but the proof lies on the one claiming to have been duly accredited. That is why mere generic “extracts” won't end the matter.

I am currently scrutinizing further all the information so I can raise more issues to sustain the conversation.

The main question now is: If Akufo-Addo has gone for certified true copies of records/extracts in lieu of his qualifying and enrolment certificates, what does it tell us?

If he was issued with certificates at the time he completed his law training and when called to the Ghana Bar, what prevents the General Legal Council from replacing his certificates instead of giving him “certified true copies of extracts”?

I think that the matter is becoming more interesting than expected. Stay tuned.

Akufo-Addo’s supplementary Affidavits: Matters arising

I continue my discussion of the suit brought against Akufo-Addo by Justice Kpegah with a simple question: If the Kpegah case is dead on arrival, why should Akufo-Addo not be at ease but scramble for “extracts” and not certified copies of his certificates to file as supplementary affidavits?

There must be something really nerve-wracking happening in the rat hole!

My good friends, I have already insisted that I will keep probing into this Akufo-Addo matter until I reach the bottom of it or even go beyond it. I will do so not because I hate him or because I want to defame him but because I consider the matter concerning him as far as Justice Kpegah's suit is concerned to be more intriguing than his quest to become Ghana's President.

If we are complaining of leadership crisis, which is at the heart of our inability to move the country forward, anybody fighting tooth-and-nail as Akufo-Addo is doing, should be torn apart, examined indepth, and rebuilt for us to know who/what he is, even before we allow him to enter the corridors of power.

I am on this case for what it is. Now, I have in my possession the new documents that Akufo-Addo has filed at the High Court in support of his motion. This new motion, signed by Godfred Yeboah Odame confirms that Frank Davies is no more Akufo-Addo's lawyer.

Then, the two supporting documents (one of which is a note signed by Bernard Bentil, Administrative Secretary of the General Legal Council) has an extract from the Roll of Lawyers (dated July 8, 1975) and the second note is also said to be an extract of records from the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple (signed by one J.B. Morrison, Under Treasurer).

New affidavits provided by Akufo-Addo
My good friends, a careful analysis of these documents has revealed very intriguing issues.

Interestingly, the so-called “certified true copy of extract” from the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, signed by J.B. Morrison, has the same contents as the one Akufo-Addo had submitted as supporting affidavit for the first motion he had filed earlier asking the court to strike out the suit.

While that first document was dated October 22, 2007, this current one (said to be the extract) has a different date of July 22, 1971. Do you see any discrepancy here? If the original entry was made on that date, shouldn't a replacement have the same date?

Handwriting issues
There is a lot of work for a handwriting expert to do because one can see many things in this document that will have to be subjected to thorough forensic examination. Even without being put under the microscope, the handwriting on these documents raise red flags all over the place for one to wonder what is happening. I wait to be proved wrong, though, which is why the hearing of this case from the beginning to the end should be imperative. I pray that no technicality will be invoked to forestall it.

Interestingly enough, the contents of the extract of records that he has now produced as a supporting affidavit are the same as what the earlier NOTE from the Middle Temple had. The only difference is that this one is handwritten as in a station diary (what the Police keep of daily happenings). There is no difference in language. I have so far teased out 5 strong issues after scrutinizing those documents and will raise questions on them in my opinion piece. There are some inconsistencies.

Indeed, the note signed by that Administrative Secretary of the General Legal Council (Bernard Bentil) is dated April 12, 2013. If Akufo-Addo knew that there were records on his enrolment by the General Legal Council, why didn't he ask for them instead of getting a NOTE from E. Bart-Plange Brew (Acting Administrative Secretary as of Tuesday, October 16, 2007)?

Remember that in that NOTE, the signatory made it clear that Akufo-Addo had informed him that he had lost his qualifying and enrolment certificates, which was why he gave him the NOTE. So, where was that extract at the time the NOTE was being written? More questions, my good friends!!

Akufo-Addo changed his lawyer (taking away Frank Davies and replacing him with Godfred Yaw Odame) probably because Frank Davies is a member of the General Legal Council so he can call him as witness if the need arises for him to corroborate his claims.

Obviously, this supplementary affidavit has only 8 paragraphs. I have a copy of the first one; and juxtaposing both has made it clear to me what is happening, which is why I am bent on probing more into this matter.

Akufo-Addo hasn't produced any certificate but records/extracts/entries made that he “signed” for his certificates!!! As I keep saying, I have copies of all the documents that he has submitted as the supplementary affidavits. There is no certificate attached!!!

If he was issued with original certificates at the time he completed his law training and when called to the Ghana Bar, what prevents the General Legal Council from replacing his certificates instead of giving him “certified true copies of extracts” that he signed for his certificates?

The issue with the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple is even more complicated because not until one does the 12-month pupillage with a recognized and authentic law firm in Britain at the completion of the law training, one is NEVER called to the English Bar.

I have authentic material from the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple that clearly spells out the conditions on which one can be deemed to have completed one's training as a lawyer at the Middle Temple and be certified as such and called to the English Bar. We recognize the fact that requirements for such professional training are likely to change over the years but the proof lies on the one claiming to have been duly accredited. That is why mere generic “extracts” won't end the matter.

I am currently scrutinizing further all the information so I can raise more issues to sustain the conversation.

The main question now is: If Akufo-Addo has gone for certified true copies of records/extracts in lieu of his qualifying and enrolment certificates, what does it tell us?

If he was issued with certificates at the time he completed his law training and when called to the Ghana Bar, what prevents the General Legal Council from replacing his certificates instead of giving him “certified true copies of extracts”?

I think that the matter is becoming more interesting than expected. Stay tuned.

William Nana Akuffo Addo has suffered at the hands of these NDC people.

They said he was well known cocaine addict, because he was educated abroad or his Parents had a Hotel.

They then said Kwesi Pratt has told US Embassy that he smokes cannabis, as shamefully revealed in the Wikileaks.

As such NDCs wrote to Oxford University to confirm whether he was sacked from the University for using illicit drugs. Oxford replied that he was a student but they have noticed he never uses the University as part of his credentials.

NDCs then said he was not a Lawyer, or he has taken the role upon himself due to his Father's connections as Former Chief Justice and Ceremonial President in the Second Republic.

They then wrote to Inner Temple Bar to enquire whether he was a lawyer, but here too they confirmed he has but these miscreants claimed Inner Temple is no more a Legal Institution or something else, as they always have something to say.

The NDC detractors wrote to his Legal Firm in France, and claimed to have got information that he was only an Administrative officer in the law firm

They said he did not sign Matriculation in Ghana Law school and has no Law Certificate, and his law firm that has produced so many good lawyers should be disbanded.

When NDCs leaders drove a car through his local inhabitants and he made a remark that he wont allow his people to be beaten up, they said he is a terrorist or tribal war monger...

No one has been abused/insulted so much in Ghana politics than the NPP leader

Now a man who once sought to become a Chief Justice claims he is not a lawyer, because he has killed the real lawyer and buried him under his house in order to take over his law certificate:

What else? NDCs have leaders who have question marks all over themselves.

The Founder of the NDC is himself a school drop out, who shamefully failed his GCE O Levels in Achimota School. His Second in Command is on record to be a Murderer. Most of the leaders of NDC are corrupt: Look at the corruptive practices of PV Obeng, Ato Dadzie, Iddrissu Mahama, and his wife Betty Mould, Asiedu Nketia, Totobi Quakyi, Ibrahim Mahama and all these many, many beneficiaries of the corruptive Divestiture when they sold our State properties to themselves. Look at the huge question marks over John Mahama, said to have so many children and cannot even declare the exact number publicly. The Vice President is said to be a homosexual with a mate claiming to have liaisons with him in school. The NDC is composed of crooks, liars, murderers, thieves and very corrupt wicked men who have ruled Ghana for almost 25 years. No one has bothered to take them to task.

Why are they therefore so disrespectful of the Leader of one of Ghana's main Political Party?

The CPP and NDC have always abused our leaders: they called Dr J B Danquah so many bad names and even in death they alleged he was a murderer. They called him CIA Agent and an Imperialist lackey, even though he has been killed in Prison long before the coup that toppled their leader.

They turned on Dr K A Busia and called him so many bad names and created so much disorder as an excuse for a coup de tat.

They then turned on Victor Owusu and called him a tribalistic mongerer and a spinster, who could not keep a family...

They called Kuffuor so many bad unprintable names, despite discovering Oil for the country. In most countries such a person will be honoured and deified as a glorious person, yet despite world wide acclaim, these NDCs never stopped raining insults at him.

They have now turned on our leader William Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo, a former Attorney General, and Foreign Minister, with long pedigree, who has never taken a dime of the country's money. A compassionate well brought up person whose three direct relatives are among our Big Six. A man who cannot kill a fly, let alone human beings as most these NDC leaders can easily do: Yet pilloried and vilified and mercilessly defamed for no reason except to make him unpopular so that they win political power to gain materially at the expense of poor people in Ghana, who die so easily from common hunger...

All from a Party that has killed so many Ghanaians for nothing and stole our wealth and resources and made themselves billionaires.

Its strange.

These people are not kind and respectful of others and yet claim a so-called moral high ground. P/NDC killed Ghanaians; Rawlings is a known wee smoker; Kojo Tsikata is a murderer; Francis Kpegah is a drunkard bribe collector as a Judge and yet could not build himself a small house and continue to live in a government bungalow as many of these NDC leaders who always take for themselves, government properties and cars on auction.

I have come to respect Nana Akuffo Addovery much. Never in the political history of this nation has any politician been berated,pilloried, vilified, maligned,envied,etc. but in all these he's unruffled and resolute in his convictions and actions. He's cool and as meek as a lamb. He can aptly be described as someone who has attained self mastery. Meekness is not weakness as the mundane world may assume . It's strength and very few people attain this attribute in their lifetime.The Savior, Jesus the Christ who descended from a heavenly throne to come and dwell among mortals was described as the Lamb of God because of his meekness.
Nana is the type of leader Ghana needs and deserves. He's a man of vision, a man of peace,a man of understanding, very forgiving, incorruptible,unshakeable, resolute , firm, kind and compassionate,matured, prudent, experienced, well focused,broad minded,articulate, intelligent, and business oriented . He's a man who believes in equal rights, equal justice and equal opportunities for all ghanaians.Nana believes in true democracy and he has demonstrated this in diverse ways spanning a period of over 30 years. As a successful business enterpreneur and innovator he understands the importance of administering the affairs of the nation like a business entity. He also believes that the political independence of Ghana is meanungless unless and until its economic emancipation and development is guaranteed.
The NDC and bigoted Justice Kpegah know what Nana brings to the table and that's why they've painted themselves into a corner trying hard to discredit him. They and their apparatchiks,cronies and sycophants are working too hard telling lies instead working hard to save the nation from political chaos and economic stagnation.By their daily deeds and words they continue to serve Nana a number of issues on a platter.Now it seems Mahama has got the kitchen sink around his neck.

The Republic of Ghana Parliament's Appointments Committee has demanded the Deputy Northern regional minister designate to produce his ordinary and advanced school levels certificates.

This was after Alhaji A.B.A Fuseini had admitted to the committee that the certificates were missing.

Though the nominee had stated on his CV that he completed his 'O' and 'A' levels education at the T.I Ahmadiyah senior high school in Kumasi, he could not indicate the certificates acquired.

After further probing, he told the committee the certificates were missing.
Alhaji Fuseini explained to the committee that he had left the certificates in the care of his relatives to travel, only to find upon return they had gone missing.

“...But I can tell this committee with all honesty and sincerity that I have earned those certificates but unfortunately, it’s just that I don’t have them ... now,” he told the Vetting Committee.

But a member of the committee, Baba Jamal - not satisfied with the answer – insisted that the nominee should find other means of retrieving the certificates.

“With your certificate, I know when it is missing, you can still go back to the institutions [where you schooled] and they [will] give you copies there.
“You can always do that. So it is important that you do that". (Credit myjoyonline).)

The above took place last week at the Parliament's Appointment Committee where the deputy minister disignate was advised to approach the awarding institution for a duplicate copy for submission. How different is this from Nana Akufo Addo's case? The GLC of Ghand and the Middle Temple should be able to provide duplicate copies of Nana's certificates rather than submitting letters, records, testimonials etc. Ghanains know one thing and that is the certificate period. The filling of suplementary Affidavit means he does NOT have the certificate therefore there is an element of truth in Justice Kpegah's claim. Let's wait ad see.
