Thank God at least someone cares. This is long overdue. Mr. Oppong good job, but one thing I think the government of Ghana will have to do is to set up places where people can just learn basic First Aid Skills. Thus if the medical professionals are not yet on the accident scene the locals in the said areas could render their assistance of helping the wounded and the dying. The people of Ghana will have to know that you don't just pickup the wounded and the dying on an accident scene just like that. That causes more damage to the injured and the dying. They can stay on the scene to comfort the wounded and the dying but not to pick them up. I guess more vehicles must be off the road and not to be insured ASAP

good purpose with wrong identity. i have never heard of semi something in gh. the future is bleak as soon as corruption takes over, when its purpose becomes obligatory. what become of vehicles the 70 percent that are not road worthy? if it is only for stats then no news. milk the nation as much as you can for this is gh. i always say mahama is only a figure head, watch out for the elite, who are bent to milk the nation independent of party penchant for the next eight solid years. attah mills had his nation at heart and it was the elite who made him unpopular. they have ruled out addo for playing against his background which could not be worse than obama or bush. ghs, optical illusion of pointing all indicators at mahama who finds it more difficult in appointing regional ministers than cabinet. debt judgments have crushed with garg losses, nothing may come out of rigged elections. paint jj devilish, the only one to save us, parliamentarians ruling the country as governors instead of being mouth-pieces. PARLIAMENTARIANS, EXCEPT THE MINISTERS AND OTHER APPOINTEES MUST LIVE IN THEIR CONST AND COME TO ACCRA WITH FIXE CONDITIONS AS PARLIAMENTARIAN SITTINGS MUST ALSO BE FIXED FOR THE YEAR. EXTRAORDINARIES ARE NEVER FOR PARLIAMENT.EMERGENCIES ARE FOR COMMITTEES. MAHAMA I DONT KNOW THE AGE OF YOUR ELDEST SON OR DAUGHTER, BUT I WANT YOU TO DIVIDE BY FOUR YOUR AGE AND MULTIPLY IT THE HOW MUCH YOU HAVE SO FAR SPENT ON PARLIAMENTARIANS IN 100 DAYS. IF YOUR CHILDREN WILL EVER REMAIN GHS, THEN THE ONE BILLION DOLLARS YOU MAY SAVE FOR THEM WILL NEVER BE ENOUGH. we are in troublE, so stop all these insults. whoever killed mills is not the issue, after ALL as mortals as we are, he would have died one day, and who ever might have killed HIM HAD ONLY 2 MEANS, did it naturally or supernaturally and it is only God who qualifies to judge the dead and the living THE NATURAL AND THE SUPERNATURAL. let us concentrate on what we see for GOD WOULD HAVE CREATED US OTHERWISE IF IT HAD BEEN HIS WISH. HOW CAN A HUMAN BEING PRIVILEGE BLA BLA TO HAVING LIGHT AND SOMETIMES GOING WITHOUT FOOD AND WATER. WE ARE IN SERIOUS TROUBLE FELLOW NATIONALS. ASEM YEDE KYEN NYANSA AND THIS IS INSANE AND MALICIOUS PROBABLY A CURSE. BYE FOR NOW.

THIS VITO SHOULD ALIGN WITH THE VARIOUS REGIONAL ROAD N TRANSPORT DIV IN SETTING UP MORE VEHICLE REGISTRATION N INSPECTOR CENTERS IN ALL THE REGIONS. IF YOU LIVE IN BRONG AHAFO REGION AND WANT TO HAVE UR CAR INSPECTED. YOU VISIT ONE OF THESE CENTERS. UPON PASSING THE SAFETY INSPECTION, THE OWNER IS GIVEN A SAFETY INSPECTION STICKER VALID FOR 2 OR 3 YRS...WITH THIS PIECE OF INFO. THE MOTORIST CAN ALSO THEN GO N HAve their car registerd AND INSURED. IF AN ACCIDENT HAPPENS AND THE CAR IS NOT ROAD WORTHY BUT HAS AN INSPECTION STICKER OR PASS. YOU SIMPLY GO TO THE VITO CENTRE WHERE THE CAR WAS CERTIFIED AND ARREST, JAIL OR FIRE SOMEWORKERS.
