Invariably the court reviewed its own decision. notwithstanding this was just cosmetic because even before the review of its decision the cameras were rolling, a clear violation of Supreme Court ruling. Even though I agree with the live telecast/broadcast its legality was poorly managed and this is rather unfortunate. Kwesi Pratt was spot on, but Kweku Baako just exposed his ignorance and stupidity.

I see on the GTV that Tsatsu Tsikata too is not comfortable for the public to watch it life. He is exhibiting an arrogance as if he knows the laws than anybody in the court room including the justices. Gone are the days when he defended his cousin who masterminded the cold blood murder of the judges and the army officer. God is actually in control in Ghana and the truth shall triumph over evil.

  There is no administrative order or statue which empowers the Chief justice to unilaterally invite cameras into the court room.
  That must be a decision which has to be well informed by deliberations on the matter. You commission a report have an open debate on whether judicial proceedings will be well served or enhance by cameras. The follow it up with a pilot before you roll it out and document it as an administrative imperative. You just don't decide because there is a clamour by petitioners.

  Malik Kweku Baako has demonstrated his expertise as against the "IGNORAMUS" Kwesi Pratt. Wow!Kwesi Pratt has been spewing falsehood into gullible and ingnorant Ghanaians for a long time. But now, he idiocy has been exposed by somebody who knows better than him. If Pratt is a real journalist, let him enter into a debate with Kweku Baako just on this issue. That would be a good one there!
