Ken Agyapong sometimes talks in an unpolished manner but let us not forget that that is a by product of democracy. Those clamoring for his arrest think they know better than the security apparatus which also have seasoned lawyers among them. Ken can be invited for questioning and he can do so by explaining the context in which he made those pronouncement and that ends it.
I am no lawyer or English teacher but I know someone can tell another person that "I will kill you" but he cannot be arrested or prosecuted. What about that. The law they say is an ass. How do they arrest him and how do they prosecute him?
In the Developed World, the security would just ignore such a situation but look for a very good opportunity where they know they can arrest and jail such a person.
Not long ago, a preacher in the USA told his congregation that he wished Obama was dead and that he should die a very painful death like having cancer. Because of freedom of speech, he could not be arrested. However, the security monitored him for some time and found out that though churches in the USA do not pay taxes, the said preacher was using the basement of his church as a workshop to make security locks, and this had been going on for over 10 years. Immediately, the IRS had him arrested and charged him for not paying taxes on his locks company. He was charged with felony for evading taxes. His Church has now collapsed. It is something like that Ken can be arrested on. We opted for Democracy so we have to accommodate FREEDOM OF SPEECH as enshrined in the constitution, though the statement would be annoying. What I want to tell him is that he should be careful because the security agencies are just ignoring him. If they want to get him, they can even get him in a trump up charges. What about they get an underage girl that is quiet close to you put up an accusation that you tried to rape her? Before you extricate yourself, you would have been already disgraced. This is just an advice.
