  Why wait until workers sit-down with their tools after which you appeal for their resumption to work if you and your administration is not filled with knuckleheads, Mr. Minister? For a lenghty period of time, you were totally consumed by your emoluments and ex-gratia entitlements. Now you have all virtually approved, you believe its ok to appeal to the medical doctors, right?
