This is why too much of central government is detrimental to our needs.
If NADMO is under ministry of interior, it got to be made to be independent with presidential instruments, to avoid all these conflict of interest.

This Kwesi Awhoi guy knows the job of an MP is more juicier and secured than that of a minister, as change of government may not affect you as much as being a member of ruling government.
So it does not pass me to believe that he deliberately wants to portray the MP in a bad light in order to make her unpopular.

its amazing the way the alliance of evil consisting of the ewes northerners and occasional gas try to play around with the figures be it rigging of elections be it reducing the numbers of Akans in Ghana . they say the Akans are now 45 % and have presented through their ewe dominated institutions and civil service to all international institutions yet this percentage doesnt reflect in their ministerial appointments and in the composition of the civil service today. so coining a phrase from their own propaganda machinery we shall begin to set the records straight in this ridiculous absurdity. the ashantis make up over 5 million the same with the fanti speaking peoples of the western and central regions , i will not even bother to calculate the greater accra, brong ahafo and eastern regions as the result is glaringly obvious . when we point out these injustices their agent provocateurs and serial callers call us nation wreckers ashantis and all sorts of names emphasizing their threats based on hatred. we still continue to ask the questions that cause them anxiety and fear as they are aware the persecution and undermining of the Akans can not go on forever. if they dont accept us then its better we go our separate ways , long live the republic of Akan

This is my sentiment all along.It's the people,stupid!!! Yes, for Ghana to be worth anything and for radical changes to occur pronto,Ghanains should re-dedicate themselves to send the right representatives to parliament and to elect a sane President to oversee the executive branch.Not the joker we have now who talks about rumors of ghosts chasing him out of office.When we fail to attach the necessary diligence and importance to our basic civic responsibilities..a la voting,we would end up with the likes of the Awhois of the world.It's taking us too long to ascertain that our destiny lies in our own hands and our dependence on our Heavenly Father to come to aid is futile and impracticable.
If Ghana were to be governed properly,we the people should muster the courage to dictate what we want done and in the appropriate manner not the other way around.We need to push our present representatives to enact a law that would resort the power of recall into the hands of constituents, so Ghanaians would monitor their representatives and pull them out of parliament when the majority deems the former incompetent.That power would grant the electorate the ample constitutional redress to the quackery going on in our infant democracy.
The people need to have the tools to take charge of their destiny and demanding the aforementioned Act of Parliament would serve as the first step on the long road to a sustainable democratic governance.
