Pretty much like the teachers' issue, check the Daily Graphic of 7 March 2011. The front page headline was,"Your Reward is Here", President assures teachers. The late President Mills told teachers that all anomalies concerning their migration onto the SSSS had been resolved. He went on to say that they were going to be paid what was due them. The teachers had to endure two further years of fruitless negotiations that culminated in their strike action this year.
Let us put our partisan lenses aside and acknowledge that the primary resource a country can be proud of, is its people. We should look at non-confrontational means of negotiating with the doctors. Please stop promoting antagonism.
