To start with, for non-Dagombas, (Poli) is simply scrotal hernia. By all accounts hernia is no more a deadly ailment in this world( ref. WHO) with the high level of medical technology.

So Al Hajj I believe strongly that if Bawumia has this ailment it is not going to cost him an arm and a leg to get rid of it. Please let us get real.

Yes, it is possible for a panic stricken driver to lose control of his vehicle that could culminate into an accident, but to think that the severity of one's "Poli" could generate that much fear in a driver to cause an accident is stretching the truth....lol
