The problem here is that, the NDC and Mahama are the ones who want to be in power by all means hence rigging the elections. NDC took away the sovereign right and will of the people of Ghana. I quote Nana Konadu " If you want peace but refuse to let justice prevail, then you are equal to the person who wants war". Ghanaians need to be realistic and see through the qualms of the NDC government's actions. Ghana needs peace, Ghana needs to move forward but more importantly Ghana needs JUSTICE..

  It is not democracies in third world countries that is the problem. It is the constitution that is the problem. Ghana's constitution was crafted specifically for the benefit of Rawlings. He was transitioning from military rule to democracy, however he was not willing to let his powers as the supreme ruler vanish overnight. So he crafted a constitution in which all powers were centered in the presidency, with almost no powers for parliament, district and regional authorities.

  Somebody should tell this lawyer that civility is the key to winning the bench's heart especially when all material efforts are exhausted to win a witness by way of undermining his/her credibility during a confrontational cross-examination.
  In law school the student is warned not to be over aggressive especially when in possession of limited leading questions to reveal hidden materials which may weaken credibility.
  
  Here it is obvious that Lithur's exercise was boring, over-aggressive and repetitively assertive in his demand for same answers. He bacame a victim of his bait and ended up being a laughing stock before the bench which finally suggested a better way out.
  
  On the other hand the day belonged to Bawumia whose composure exuled confidence and charm that accompanied expectation of witty answers to deflate Lithur's pumped boredom.
  If time is an essence this courtroom has its clock set on Lithur in coming days. But the unflinching Bawumia is awaiting the volleys.
  
  Somebody has to bring the bolted hose back to the stable. Bawumia posseses the lasso.

  You have to be extremely dim witted not to have understood the judges' retort that "whether it was 8000 or 11,000 stations, it is the votes that matter." The NDC has already lost the case, as the chief thief himself has admitted that there were errors.
  
  You have to be as stupid as Asiedu Nketia or Mahama not to understand that. Tony Lithur and the other lawyers are just helping themselves to part of the stolen billiions.
