Former Supreme Court justice - Kpegah's action is bordered on hatred, fear and annoyance beacause of the eternal loss of Ewe hegemony of their 'World Bank' votes to steal elections. They may want to kill Nana Akufo Addo because he has stopped Ewes in their tracks. If they cannot kill him, they have to 'damage' him, thus Kpegah's law suit.
  
  There's a man - an ultra-Ewe nationalist - now called Kofi Awunoor who was the chairperson of the Council of State between 2008 and 2012. Is this man the same as Prof Awunoor-Williams formerly of the University of Cape Coast? Can the records relating to his change of name be put on the public for us to see if Kofi Awunoor is not impersonating Prof Awunoor Williams?

  its amazing the way the alliance of evil consisting of the ewes northerners and occasional gas try to play around with the figures be it rigging of elections be it reducing the numbers of Akans in Ghana . they say the Akans are now 45 % and have presented through their ewe dominated institutions and civil service to all international institutions yet this percentage doesn't reflect in their ministerial appointments and in the composition of the civil service today. so coining a phrase from their own propaganda machinery we shall begin to set the records straight in this ridiculous absurdity. the ashantis make up over 5 million the same with the fanti speaking peoples of the western and central regions , i will not even bother to calculate the greater accra, brong ahafo and eastern regions as the result is glaringly obvious . when we point out these injustices their agent provocateurs and serial callers call us nation wreckers ashantis and all sorts of names emphasizing their threats based on hatred. we still continue to ask the questions that cause them anxiety and fear as they are aware the persecution and undermining of the Akans can not go on forever. if they dont accept us then its better we go our separate ways , long live the republic of Akan

  Nobody is persecuting anyone here. Check the ministerial list to see the number of Akans holding ministerial portfolios and juxtapose it with other ethnic groups to see who gets the lion's share!
  
  Yesterday the Ewes were labelled nation wreckers, today it is the Ashantis; maybe tomorrow the Gas or Dagombas, Gonjas, Bonos may also be labelled nation wreckers. Can we not understand our differences and live together as one?
  
  Anyway, I welcome your call that we should go our separate ways. Let us invite the United Nations to supervise the balkanisation of Ghana. I wish your Republic of Akan all the best and Godspeed.

  When Jerry Rawlings, an Ewe with a foreign father, staged his first coup d'etat in 1979 the people he mostly targeted - by summarily execution - were Akans. He brought in Utuka, Amedume, Kotei and Felli just to deceive the world that his house-cleaning exercise had no ethnic underpinning.
  
  We saw the real intentions of Ewes when he came again in 1981 - the total annihilation of Akans and the control of their wealth - cocoa, timber, gold etc - (not produced in Volta Region).
  
  Then they crafted a constitution - after Rawlings was pressurized to go democratic - that would make it possible to steal elections and hold on to power forever. They made sure that their star son, Rawlings, would be protected from prosecution through and indemnity clause. And the whole of the Volta Region was told to vote NDC at every election to ensure the success of the plan - Ewe hegemony over Akans and control of the resources mostly produced in Akan areas.
  
  Our hero - Nana Akufo Addo - saw the plot in 2008 and in 2012 decided to challenge, in court, the so-called 'world bank' votes that have all the time ensured the hegemony of Ewes over Akans. This has infuriated Ewes to the extent that they have now, through former Justice Kpegah, decided to destroy Nana Akufo Addo - who had the 'audacity' to challenge the 2012 presidential elections.
  
  They are aware that this election challenge will mark the end of their world bank victories. And in deed, it will end it. No fool hiding in the Electoral Commission will ever attempt to rig elections for the NDC. Thank God, the evil spell cast on Ghana since December 1981 has been lifted - through prayers.
  
  Now Akans can start to be inward-looking. I am foreseeing Western, Central, Eastern, Greater Accra, Ashanti, Brong Ahafon - and our friends from Northern, Upper West and Upper East Regions - combining to form the greater Gold Coast. Volta Region will be granted its own independence to become a separate country - through a referendum. The time has come for the greater Akan nation to rid itself of the albatross that had hung on their necks since independence.
  
  Ghanaians in the greater Gold Coast were not given the opportunity to have a say when Ewes in British Togoland were asked to choose if they would join the new nation Ghana or their kith and kin in Togo in the plebiscite of 1956.
  
  When the pendulum swings and Akans get back power, a referendum will be pushed through to ask the original Gold Coasters if they will still want Ewes to be part of them.
  
  Justice Kpegah hopefully will be alive to see his world bank excised from Ghana and the Republic of Gold Coast re-established. Perhaps he can work his way to become the Republic of Volta's first chief justice. Until Akans give Ewes their own homeland to rule themselves and practice their religion of 'trokosi' they will never experience peace.

  Rawlings was not the leader of the June 4th coup, it was Boakye Djan. Do you think Boakye Djan would be quiet and allow Rawlings to carry out his "agenda"? Both Rawlings and Boakye Djan were of similar mould. Boakye Djan tacitly endorsed what happened.
  
  Like I said elsewhere, we the Ewes are waiting for our excision from your Ghana. I make bold to say here that we can survive in our poverty without being part of your Ghana. To hell with your Akan Ghana.
  
  By the way, when the Ewe late Major Seth Anthony was commissioned by the British as a Lieutenant in 1941 during the 2nd World War and ended with the rank of a Major in 1945, where were your Akan uncles and grandfathers?
