What Obasanjo is saying makes sense to us all, but all Africans- Obasajo included, have not been able to figure out why time after time, African leaders have get the opportunities to do good, yet refuse to do so. Are there latent external forces mitigating against them ? You and I may not know.

Yes Chinese firms involved in infrastural projects across the continent bring their own workers to ensure that the job is done rather than funds ending up in the pockets of ghost contractors and govt officials. This is transparency. The responsisibility of providing jobs falls on govt not donor countries. Go back to school and learn especially reserching into why after so many years of independence the we are still poor. Stop the blame game!

Obasanjo as a matter of fact is not qualified to speak of bad leadership in Africa because he himself is an epitome and typifies what represents bad leadership. T

The Nigerian Constitution stipulates only two terms for a sitting president and not three. The swine wanted to elongate his term by trying to bribe both the House of Reps and the Senate. They kicked against his ambition and he is very bitter.

Obasanjo must never be invited to lecture anywhere in Ghana. He should restrict himself to his Nigeria where he belongs.

He was president of Nigeria for several years but heavily and unashamedly presided on wanton corruption, dissipation of public funds, theft and nepotism, eventually leaving Nigerians in shambles and unbelievable poverty never witnessed before in the annals of Nigerian politics.
