This is another means for NDC thieves to steal more money as their days are numbered. By the way where is Woyome? Will this government ever take measres to retrieve the money from him and all others. The answer is NO because no policeman arrests and prosecutes himself for commiting crimes. Most NDC members are deeply involved in massive stealing and corruption, that is why they don't prosecute and/or punish corrupt officials. Under NDC corruption and robbery are legalised. Please God help us because we are in trouble.

Where lies Ghana's priorities, NDC?
Ghana to celebrate what in the midst of civil strife and disputed election before the SC?
Where are the brains calling the shots?

Desmond, you are not right. Just check the hundreds or thousands of schools, health centres, the industries/factores and the help to countries such as Kenya, Uganda, Tankanyka and the ANC/PAC/AWAPO and more. You can read indept from Dark Days in Ghana, 1967, Panaf. For the coup, we would not be suffering the current energy shortage, we would be producing manufactured goods, the Atomic engy commission would be working, Cape Coast university would be the star in turning out graduate teachers in Africa. Nkrumah played his part. Yes, there were mistakes.

Why waste time on this AU nonsense when our nation is suffering? Why should spend our intellectual resources on these worn out clichés.

Here we go again ,why do we like celebration too much in ghana even at a time when economically and financially we are not okay still we go ahead to celebrate at the expense of poor ghanaians.we had no cause to waste 70million usd to celebrate ghana at fifty when ghana had many problems that the money could have used for,we can celebrate Au at fifty through Volutary works on friday and saturday thus cleaning our towns and cities of dirts, clean gutters out of rubbish, clean clinics and hospitals and many more, the results is we shall all sleep well with less mosquito bites and malaria drug intake .Again we shall also save money from unnecessary expensive celebration cost.

ACCRA, THE CAPITAL OF THE NATION IS CHOKED WITH DEBRIS; DOESN'T MAHAMA THINK ORGANIZING A VOLUNTARY "CLEAN-UP" ONE OF THE DAYS WOULD HAVE BEEN IDEAL THING TO DO? I BET MY LAST CEDI THAT THE COST OF THIS SO-CALLED CELEBRATION AT THE END OF IT ALL COULD PAY THE GHC45 MILLION THE DOCTORS ARE ASKING BE PAID THEM. I DON'T BLAME THE HON. MINISTER BUT MAHAMA AND HIS ADMINISTRATION!
I HUMBLY POSE TO ASK MAHAMA AND HIS ADMINISTRATION: AFTER THIS WHAT NEXT?
