Why don't you guys address the core issue that Kpegah went to the court with that "impersonating" rather than certificate. Kpegah says Nana is impersonating one WED Akufo Addo who he Nana Addo killed and he Kpegah knows where that person was buried. Address that issue and leave the certificate nonsense somewhere. In any higher institution like Legon etc, if you lose your cert, they will never issue a new one but a letter attesting that you have attended that institution.

Why can't we see that this old man, Kpegah, is pissed out of envy and pure hatred.

Nana has no education but was able to use his commonsense to establish a law firm. What has Kpegah done in his entire life? He is currently holed up in government bungalow; an insult to highest order. Why can't he put up his own house?

The main part of Justice Kpegah's Lawsuit deals with how Akufo Addo became a member of The Ghana Bar Association. The evidence points in the direction of his getting in through the backdoor or some form of illegal connection. His admission papers were signed by a secretary who is not qualified to admit any lawyer to the GBA. I am not sure Kweku Baako is aware of this aspect of the lawsuit.

The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

Apologists like Kwwku Baako,who present themselves as the most clever human beings on the face of this earth, has chosen to obscure Juystice Kpegahs central thesis that Nana Akufo Addo cannot possibly be the WAD Akufo Addo listed as #1190 on the legal roll or register. Even granting,without conceding the point,where is proof of a name change?
Nana`s second difficulty has to do with the fact that upon closer scrutiny, even the credentials making the said WAD Akufo Addo a bona fide lawyer have so many question marks about them. Strangely enough authentic original documents from the two institutions are nowhere to be found! Additionally,timelines given by Nana do not seem to make any sense either.
Thus Kweku Baako`s outright dismissal of this 'wily fox',Justice Kpegah`s suit on the basis that we have all come to believe and accept Nana as a lawyer in good standing,defies common sense! I don`t believe the changing nature of the 'evidence',and the inability of his political patron to deal decisively like the way Amissah Arthur handled the allegations made against him by NPP supporters,put his man in a very bad light!

If a university law degree was a condition of Akufo Addo's employment, past and present, and if he, actually, does not have the degree, then he could be indicted and arrested for fraud and impersonation.

I have been researching this strange justice Kpegah and my conclusion is that he is suffering from mental illness. He RESIGNED from his post as a supreme court judge on the 4thDec 2008 on a whimsical idea; his resignation was accepted the following day; resigned (instead of retired !) justice kpegah however continued to occupy his office at the supreme court for six months after his resignation!!In 2010, Kpegah, in a bizarre move, went to the courts to sue as he had applied for a loan from his bank and wanted the supreme court to facilitate his loan application This appears to me to be a sure indication that "something has not been normal" in this kpegah's head. Furthermore, he claimed he needed money for completion of his family home but elsewhere claimed he needed the money for London University fees for his two sons!! He has always felt bitter at not having been appointed a higher judge. Such feelings affect the mind. The way i see it, is that this man, kpegah, is a "serial suer" gone mental "real bad."
