Supreme Court is to judge whether EC rigged the elections not about John Mahama as the president.
If the elections is rigged John Mahama himself will step down as the President. Resoundingly, unforture JM thinks he won the Election and that is true because JM was told by EC he won.
Its doesnt mean what EC saying is true, resoundingly (not knowing) by John Mahama.

In trial, both the killer and the beneficiary were convicted. Even the house in which the head was kept whilst in transit was confiscated.
The laws of the country are still same on possession of stolen property or purchase of stolen goods. Assuming the President didn't steal the votes, he was the beneficiary. At the end of the day if the Supreme Court finds the Electoral Commission guilty, the President, Mr Mahama would convicted for accepting stolen votes.
I didn't intend to bring the memory of Kofi Kyinto to his family. I just used the case as a reference and I'm sorry for any inconveniences caused. Once again I'M SORRY !!!!
