Anyhow, I believe NPP needs to apologise to Ghanaians for deceiving them (through Press conferences)that votes had been stolen in 11,800+ polling stations and now coming to court to say some of the polling stations have been deleted by you because they were no longer relevant to your case. In the end, I think the Supreme Court should charge all costs relating to the case (live telecast, sitting allowance,etc.) to the NPP and not the Ghanaian taxpayer.

The mathematics comes from the pink sheets and the petitioners have said several times over that the evidence is on the face of the pink sheets. now when we look at the face of the pink sheets, some are undervoting, others are indeterminate, others are plain miscalculation by the petitioners and others are administrative errors by EC officials. eg 1+1 and EC writes =1. that clearly is a mistake including several others where the petitioners added the wrong columns up to get wrong figures. they had to be correctec in court. so far the petitioners have not appeared credible more over after the first day of cross examination they come back to withdraw 700 of them out when they realised that the ist respondent was going to scrutinise each and every of the 11,000 (8000)pink sheets. they panicked and went to withdraw some. yet there were more mistakes by the petitioners when they even included parliamentary sheets. Bawumia had categorised the pink sheets into four major issues. among these were categories of over voting, when u checked them u realised they were not all over voting, discrediting the witness and that is the whole point of tony lithurs croxx examination, which he did well to prove that the witness and his so called analysis is not credible. he was even nice and gentle with bawumia.

wait till the EC lawyer comes in and h he did not give bawumia to talk any how. he shut him down to answer the questions straight and simple...something the judges have warned bawumia on a daily basis to stop doing. even to the point of telling him that it is not a political platform and later said it is not a vice presidential debate. bawumia did not do himself any favours when he constantly disrespected the court and the counsel.

from where it stands, the petition is crumbling badly. that akuffo addo signed a letter requesting for polling station agents at those stations that npp comes to court saying they are illegal?

It just goes to show how stupid the leaders of our party are, when they assume the accused will not go through the mountain of evidence they presented in court. The fact that they have removed more than 700 polling stations from the evidence indicates that we are fighting a losing battle. This is because we first have to be sure of our evidence before bringing it to the highest court in the land. I just pray that the Supreme Court judges will put us out of our misery, by throwing the case out, before Tsatsu Tsikata takes to the stand.

It will be recalled that Justice Dotse was the judge who recently ridiculed the EC commissioner for not attending the courthouse during the preliminary proceedings. That judge made that gratuitous comment even though the EC was represented by counsel and Afari Djan had not been subpoenaed to attend the preliminary hearing. These comments smack of biased predisposition in favour of the NPP by Justices Dotse and Owusu

This is NONSENSE. If the petitioners took their time to compile over 11,000 polling station results, don't they know that they will be cross-examined on all? Are the respondents FOOLS not to ask the necessary questions to expose the witness or otherwise. The JUDGES are in this case FOOLS and are not being fair to the RESPONDENTS. If it were to be the reverse, the NPP lawyers will let the whole world know that NDC bribed or ordered the judges against them.
