Some of the things i see cannot happen in a US court or even in the UK courts where we borrowed our democracy from!!The lawyer referred to general mosquito in court that was not wrong but wehen bawumia tries to explain himself that is theatrics.We are not at the end of the world yet so we must be fair to each other as the saying still stands that the very people u meet on your way up are the same people u meet on your way down a hill!!!

was nothing like any form of warning as is described by NDC propagandist
reporter. Atuguba just said to Dr. Bawumian "what was your answser to the
question it looks there were two answers" at that stage Dr. Bawumiah
went back to the same answers and repeated them to Atuguba.

Unfortunately most of the issues at stake are statistical manipulations and since the average lawyer is not strong in mathematics he has to explain and clarify most of his responses for clarity.That can be seen as theatrics by the unmathematical mind. In other jurisdictions either a mathematician or a statistician will be called to clarify some aspects of what BAWUMIA is saying but definately not in Ghana where lawyers are also experts in all other professions . This is just a personal views on the two remarks that Atuguba has directed towards the sincere and respected Dr. Bawumia who like most Ghanaians know without an iota of doubt that President Mahama with the help of EC rigged the last December's elections.

Justice Atuguba reminds me of Brando of the God Father. Very cool, unassuming but firm. And to add to it all very funny. I think he is the best man for this case. He has a way of breaking the ice and calming tempers.

Why should the pink sheet of any polling station be a surprise. The petitioner has chosen to exclude pink sheets from polling stations that Akuffo Addo won. If this pink sheet shows over voting, no signature, serial number duplication or blank spaces, then by the petition's case the votes of that polling station should also be annulled.
Why should the country only go on the evidence chosen by the petitioner? Why is the petitioner afraid of any other pink sheet? What is the surprise? The Judge should have asked what relevance the pink sheet has for the case?

That is not true. In fact the Supreme Court were ticked-off that Tony, the president's lawyer repeating the same questions for three days, using the delay tactics. It is shame how some people see things so differently.

Because of de way he keep changing n amending their petition, first de number of Polling stations where des alleged irregularities occured was 4,709 wich was amended to 11,916 reamended again to 11,842 n now to 11,138 even wit des figures de 3 respondents re saying dat dey only received 8,621 evidence sworn in affidavits by de petitioners wich were served on dem. So clearly de npp are only wasting every body's time.

They should, therefore, be neutral. I wonder whether Journalists working at radio stations in Ashanti Region are trained.
