I couldn't agree more. They simply spice the report to make it look like it is going for them. Counsel simply said biometric verification did not only mean fingerprint verification. We cannot be fooled.

The EC downplayed the height their action would reach - thanks to Nana Addo's prudence- this nation would have been under inferno. I hope the SC will avert test of tolerance with many backs against the wall. We love peace which co-ordinates with Freedom and Justice.

Before the elections the NPP were touting how they were going to be vigilant at the pooling station level since elections are won or lost at the pooling station. They then made sure they sent their reps to all 26000 plus pooling stations including the 23 so called ghost stations. After the elections, they were all over the place asking their supporters to go to church and thank God for they had won the elections. Question.... on what results were they basing their assertions that they had won the elections? At the poling station level, they had their agents who were transmitting real time results to their election headquarters in Accra. All the major parties and almost all the media houses had their reps at the various poling stations transmitting real time results to their headquarters. the results were declared and the NPP is not challenging that ballot boxes were stuffed, or results that were supposed to be given to Akuffo Addo were given to Mahama but rather challenging the results due to either some lazy or bribed electoral official not filling the various pink sheets properly. this is purely admin error on the part of the EC and not any rigging. Grow up NPP.

Truly, somewhere along the chain of EC's "transparent" collation of the 'collated' numbers, and the eventual telefaxing (with probable interception and manipulation through foreign SECRET SERVICE AGENTS, i.e Israeli STL, whose services to be obviously denied by Afari Gyan vigorously), yes somewhere along this line, the Ghanaian arithmetic produces "one" plus "one" is not "two" anymore. But the result is deemed "correct" according to the political Party correcting the test.

People have said that the EC lawyer is not good. That is not the case at all. I believe that the man is a good lawyer and one that I would hire, if need be. He has an air of respect about him and one to whom judges give ear. This can be crucial in close cases. However a lawyer is as good as his brief. The facts must be on a lawyer's side. It appears so far that the facts are not on his side as far as this case is concerned. However Tsatsu is still waiting in the pipeline so we cannot form a complete picture yet.

What is going on in the court is not a mastery of anything but a gross display of chronic dishonesty by Dr Bawumia.
He has for several occasions been warned by the court and yet because he is addicted to this mode of using words manipulations,he is repeating it all the time.

Ghanaians let take some time out to reason a little, we have let politicians split us apart for their own selfish interests. Look, whether NPP or NDC their policies are all the SAME, all they fight about is who stole more money than the other and WE all know they both STEAL whenever they get the opportunity. We should come together as a people and make the politicians realise that who ever you are, whatever party you belong to, we will not tolerate incompetence and corruption. The politicians have corrupted every facet of the society, ensuring that everyone one is forced to think along political lines; the clergy, lawyers, judiciary etc......Just look at our lawyers in court, are they telling us that ALL NPP lawyers believe Nana won and ALL NDC lawyers believe it was free and fare??? It is sad that a noble profession like the law has descended to a level where objective minds have decided not to reason objectively anymore. We as young Ghanaians must start to think about what a future Ghana will look like if we continue down this path.

The Lawyers have to challenge him to produce a list of each pink sheet and the number of people who are alleged to have voted without BV. I challenge him to publish such a list on the internet if it totals to 535,000
What he has rather done is to pick the total number of voters on each pink sheet and added them up to 535,000.
He has lied to the court and must admit his intellectual dishonety in this regard.
