  dat is very gud thing the police did.,also they shoukd start given the weed smokers too, but not to put them in jail for ten thats wast of revenue

  Doesn't green mean 'Go'?
  If careless driving was a 'crime', Ghana's prisons would be overflowing. The crime is that 9 months have passed between the offence and the court case!
