  Buying from Rlg his own company. Mahama is the biggest crook Ghana has ever seen.$50 dollar computer frrom China sold $2000 dollars to Ghana. This Guy will cough up every penny when the time comes.

  The laptops were ordered and paid for with public funds under the pretext of distributing them to tertiary instutions but wer all distributed to party faithful and girlfriends in the run up to the December general election.
  
  One or two instutions will be granted a few laptops amid massive media publicity, whilst the rest will go to NDC party cronies.
  
  Who does Mahama think he is fooling? It is an insulting irony to the rest of us when an OPEPENI thinks he is being wise!!!

  There is no gain in government wasting precious money buying lap tops with the picture of John Mahama and distributing it to tertiary institutions as if the lap tops were bought with John Mahama's personal money. It is the government money and Mahama should take his picture from those computers. Also there is no need to buy the lap tops for now but instead stuff the existing lbraries in schools and build public libraries across the country for the benefit of the students. Government cannot provide lap tops to every student in the country but if the government is able to stuff libraries with good quality books, it will benefit every student who wants to use it. I think this is a propoganda stint and it should be stopped.
