So far NPP has never been able to prove their case and claims that John Mahama stole their votes. They told the whole world that Nana's votes were added to that of Mahama and now they are not able to prove it. Shame.

How can Mahama be president if the Supreme Court held that Mahama did not get the 50+1 votes? If EC declaration was based on errors then the Supreme Court judges will overturn EC declaration and Mahama will be ex-president.

Nana and his followers explained themselves away that "all die be die" implied that they should stay at the polling stations and see to it that no untoward activities could go on. Now what is Dr. Bawumia saying?

Bawumia said at the supreme court that "Agents of NPP were mere observers"? If officially designated Agents were "mere observers", then were they telling lies to Ghanaians when they explained that "all die be die" meant extra vigilance even at the peril of their lives?

First of all, no one would have put Aliu Mahama in the witness box to be drilled by the likes of Tsatsu on a daily basis for weeks on end. That should tell you the difference between Aliu and Bawumia. Aliu was no doubt a fine gentleman, but he was only a token VP.

Nana Addo didn't want a token VP, which is why he went against party big-wigs and stuck with Bawumia. Nana's confidence in Bawumia was evident at the IEA debates when he made it clear that he chose Bawumia as a competent hand to help manage the economy and our economic policy institutions.

If our brothers from the North wanted to make a good case for a President from the North after Limann, they should have voted for Bawumia as VP on the NPP ticket, because as VP he would have had the chance to prove his competence, placing himself in pole position to lead the NPP after Nana Addo. And in Bawumia our brothers from the North will have one of the most competent presidents we would ever have elected, a chance to redeem the embarrassment caused to the North first by Limann and now by Mahama. The latter is a complete joke. It's only in Ghana we vote for someone just because he is youthful and looks like a nice guy. What about competence?

Bawumia is the North's best case at the moment. Stop abusing him because he chose to join the NPP because he felt more comfortable with the latter.

I however disagree with mr baako that the fact that NPP sent polling agents to the 22 ghost constituencies doesn't legitimize their creation. But how can NPP participate in an illegality, loose and now cry fowl. If its an illegality why did u not protest but went ahead to participate?

I am not a lawyer but by watching the EC's counsel, I concluded that ex-boxer Mohammed Ali was having a go at him. I nearly shouted at the boxer to let him go for a rest which was granted by Atuguba with many thanks.

This is one of the problems in Ghana; people who know zilch-all about anything go and sit in radio station and make pronouncements in a manner which suggests they are experts in the subject. How he can describe the performance of Mr Quarshie Iddun as shoddy is beyond me. The person to be attacked is Bawumia who so far has been extremely nervous in the witness box. His body language has been absolutely terrible for soneone who aspires to be vice-president. Mr Quarshie Iddun has been very professional in his cross-examination in the face of such an evasive witness as Bawumia. Kwaku Baako expects to see Mr Quarshie Iddun to be shouting, thumping the table and or screaming at Bawumia but that is not how experienced, professional lawyers work.

They the defendants asserted vehemently that anything brought in support of the affidavit must have been filed as evidence prior to a surmise and therefore objected to Bawumia's request to use his notes as well as his electronic device. Now they want to bring some crooked pink slip they call "original pink slip" with freshly written notes in yellow markings together with some hurried-up printed handbook from a high street printing shop which nobody else had ever seen it but themselves.

Thats why they did not respond to SC request to submit supportive documents as required by law. Again Justice Atuguba handed them with kid gloves instead of being hard on them as the rest. The whole world is watching the flow of the proceedings. THIEVES

The EC counsel looked unprepared, shoddy and sloppy because, with the truth staring him squarely in the face, no amount of witchery could save his hide and the institution he was representing. The petitioners are coming from a very strong position of strength because, the truth is on their side and by jove, nothing is more stronger and more powerful than the TRUTH. The elections was rigged for JDM and right thing needs to be done.
