We applaud the good work our Esteemed Justices of the supreme court are doing and say kudos, to the pace and manner in which the case is being handled. We also humbly pray that, this case would be adjudicated fairly and firmly so that, the rule of law, in which our Esteemed Justices have sworn to uphold, becomes the very foundation and bedrock of our constitutional democracy. Ghanaians are waiting anxiously and patiently for the courts to set the tone to ensure that, all the wrongs that have characterized this eections in particular, are reversed, to engender trust, transparency, truth and justice and peace in Ghana. There cannot be a constitutional democracy where laws in our statutory books have no relevance in a democratic dispensation. There cannot be a constitutional democracy, where strong arm tactics and a culture of impunity is the order of the day. There cannot be a constitutional dempcracy where, wrongs/errors/violations of the law are glorified and accepted as the norm, efffectively, truncating the very mandate of the masses. That cannot be a democratic dispensation that Ghanaians would like to subscribe to. We must be better and excellent in what we do and that's the only way, Ghana can move forward and take it's rightful place in the comity of nations.

i wonder whether or not NPP supporters are following the proceedings in Court live on Tv.I am also surprise whether they do not not court proceedings.So are they satisfied with the way their so called star witness Dr Bawumia is answering question pose to him.As a lawyer think the Doctor's way of answering questions at the supreme Court is alien to the Court.Instead of given straight answers resort to explaining.The NPP supporters should also not forget that,Dr Bawumia has admitted in Court that most of the pink shits tendered in evidence were duplicated but have not used them in his analysis,which should being,i don't know whether or not his lawyers did not coach him well before he started his evidence.He should note that,his analysis is not what is going to be used in deciding on the verdict but e evidence available including his admittance.The NPP supporters should know that,the good Dr is not on campaign platform to be running commentary to questions in Court.They will have themselves to blame for using the Dr as their star witness instead of an experience person.He is failing them big time.Mark my words.
