Well, as we all saw it live, the man couldn't even stand proper on his feet; he was sweating profusely and that's why it was important that the court accept his pleas or request. Tomorrow is another day; they Supreme Court will conviene once more; the case continues unabatted! Join eveyone to watch court proceeding live by courtesy GTV, Multi-media group (Adomfm & MyJoy-online.com) I can't wait for the day to arrive. The NDC said that NPP's case is crumbling---they're in a dreamsland! Even the heavens know that the NPP has a strong case. And also the Animal Kingdom have sent a strong signal that they don't want what is going on; the suffering of their "human" co-habitats is reflecting on their existence; they cannot see things clearly for them in the bushes.

It is possible that some of the animal family who've frequent boths side of the divide, like dogs, "nkusie" birds have passed on the 'info' saying: "yaanom, enko yie koraa o, bribiara aye basaa!" "We can't even get our daily meals, our friends and masters can't find ways to give us our regualr or daily meals as they used to do some 4yrs ago"

The original story said the presiding officer reported to NPP after the District EC officer asked him to sign affidavit. Similar thing with the previous cases. So was this a grand scheme by NPP in connivance with its members acting as polling station presiding officers to commit this irregularities so they can use to mess things up once they dont win the election?? God is watching.

Your claim to be an 'investigative journalist' is now in tatters because of your blind loyalty to the NPP. At this in the game,which EC official, who has his thinking cap on, will embark on such a dumb exercise? But you chose Joy Fm`s media platform- Newsfile,the much heralded "Authoritative Radio and TV News Program in country" according to program host, Samson Lardi Ayenini,to spew out such low rate allegation. Surprisingly,Ayenini,himself a lawyer,allowed this patent disengeneous allegation to stand. 'Savelegu' did not succeed;so why not invent 'Gambaga' to shore up a case that is clearly falling apart on the basis of logic and commonsense.
I suppose,we should brace ourselves for a future submission that a male or female election official who incorrectly identified their gender would be sufficient grounds to nullify all the voting supervised by these officials. What a country!

Why do they have to issue such statements when the pink sheets were used to capture what actually happened in terms of the figures. Did every presiding officer issue a statement to explain their actions at the polling stations? If this particular "affidavit" appears in court the petitioners will sure pull the presiding officer in question to the witness box
