The dubious "guinea fowl" thought and the despicably embarrassing elementary excuse made by the police that, simply for the Supreme Court Case, they will not have enough men to give security to demonstration and therefore is banning demonstration to express our democratic rights in the country is like saying the police is suspending part of the constitution because of the Supreme Court Case.
