When level-headed people talk with facts to support the truth they think they are telling Ghanaain public, opposers think they can unmake the facts and truths by resorting to 'taka shi'. In fact, no amount of name calls and insults to Kpegah will change his claim if, and only if Nana
Ado Dankwa Akufo-Ado himself or his representatives and people working on his behalf do not come with documentary facts and truth to refute Kpegah's claims.

Note the following:
(1) NPP knew they were going to lose 2012 elections, so they declared themselves winners far before the EC -quoting percentage of wins. Reason is to give NPP the opportunity to challenge the EC results, because they had already polluted the minds of their supporters;

(2) Before filing their challenge and presently, the NPP and supporters were and are claiming a win of the case at the Supreme Court. This is also to give NPP the opportunity to cause unrest in Ghana if they lose.

(3) What Kpegah is saying is that Nana Adu Dankwa Akufo-Ado can be President of Ghana, but not as a lawyer bearing a document marked "W.A.D. Akufo-Ado". Period. Here also NPP and supporters are saying that Kpegah is mad, Kpegah is a pauper; and Kpegah is a liar. They also claim that Kpegah will lose the case in court - and that's why he failed to appear in court, when summoned. Reason is clear. This is to give NPP and supporters to take to the streets condemning court decisions if Kpegah wins this case.

In the beginning, I thought Kpegah was joking, but coming out with this write-up, I take him serious; and I advise W.A.D. Akufo-Ado, Nana Adu-Dankwa Akufo-Ado, and Counsels to come out like Kpegah, or get their facts ready to shame Kpegah in court. That is, if Kpegah is wrong and they are right.

If it is a typo mistake, where W.A.D. was used instead N.A.D. for certicate 1190, we want to know, so that corrections could be effected and Akufo-Ado's chambers will stay open for public use.

However, 'Taka shi' and insults will not change anything.

Even when he Kpegah was acting as the head of the judiciary he did not see anything wrong with it, why now? Let him prove whatever he has if it is not because Nana Akuffo Addo is contesting the election results of 2012, this issue would not have arisen. But whatever God has ordained about Nana Akuffo Addo will come to pass and no weapon from these people will ruin his ambition of becoming the President of Ghana. Time will tell.

Since Ghana's independence we have had people with family connections to the halls of power slowly but surely corrupt Ghana, its system of schools to system of governance and seat of government. It started in the days when there were very few reputable secondary schools in Ghana. Back in the day, people gained admission to some of the best schools via their family connection and access to political power. To get into sixth form, it was not good enough that you had an aggregate of 6, 9 or 12 to get to those elite schools you needed family connections. The rule of nepotism ruled all things Ghana.
To get into the three universities, Legon, Cape Vars or Tech you needed a miracle from God if you were not from these family connected genes. Akufo-Addo like many went through life with silver spoon in the mouth. Try getting to university in foreign countries via scholarship offered at the Scholarship Secretariat then and you'll find another kabuki dance with the children of the well connected who could not find their way through a sealed envelope. This system of preferential treatment grew and benefitted a whole lot of people with all the post graduate degrees in Ghana. These people have eaten and drank from the coffers of Ghana but have shamelessly convinced themselves that their shit does not stink. Oh how the chickens are coming home to roost. There is no delight in what is going on but there is a thin sheet being pulled off a corrupt , contemptible society steep in the practice of nepotism of old that have allowed clowns without wisdom or brains to ruin Ghana since 1966. It is in this vane that Ghana continues to churn these brain dead, inferior educated and classroom schooled clowns masquerading as leaders of Ghana who keep stealing and espousing systems and theories they could never understand. We need to go back to slavery if we're incapable of human thought processes.

I am using my real name because I sincerely believe that Kpegah is either not alright or he himself is not a lawyer as he purports to be. When I saw one of his allegations, that is, Nana being "specially admitted", I grabbed my own certificate from the Middle Temple. The certificate appears to bear the signature (faded after 41 years of issue) of the same Mr. Morrison, Under Treasurer of the Middle Temple at that time and right there it says "... Miss Gloria Tawiah Quansah ... was specially admitted to the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple on the sixteenth day of September One thousand nine hundred and sixty-eight". Mind you, my dad was not called Akufo-Addo, neither was he a ceremonial president of anything or of any place. I bet you that all the other members of the Middle Temple did not and still do not have the same pedigree as Nana Akufo-Addo and so we could not have had our fathers influence the Middle Temple to admit us "specially". "Specially admitted" is what appears on the certificates of we members of the Middle Temple, and, as Kpegah has claimed, is how it is simply done. I will gladly send a copy of my Middle Temple certificate to anyone who would like to receive it. If Kpegah strongly suspects that Nana's dad influenced his admission to the Middle Temple, does he intend to call someone from the Middle Temple to give evidence in his case, since unfortunately, Nana's dad is beyond Kpegah's reach and at any rate, he would have been a biased witness? As a lawyer and a former Supreme Court justice, he should know that he cannot obtain judgment on the basis of suspicion? Does Kpegah think that England was ever like Ghana when one's dad could just pick up the phone and influence an institution like the Middle Temple? Which makes me wonder if Kpegah's judgments were influenced by phone calls from, or visits by, some high ups in Ghana? As to Nana's amnesia about his address, does Kpegah mean to say that how many years after Nana's dad ceased to be the President and how many years after the death of Nana's father, Peduase Lodge should still be Nana's address or even if Nana's father was still alive, Nana never left home and would still be living with his dad? Even if there was a mistake about the address, mind you mistakes do occur. On my own Middle Temple Certificate, my dad's address at that time being "ILO Area Office" was mistakenly written as 120 Area Office". These things were issued, pre-computer time, when one had to provide the information to the Middle Temple (or whatever Inns of Court) by hand writing. In transcribing the information I gave, someone read my hand-written "L" as "2"; hence instead of ILO, I got 120. That does not make my certificate a fake!!! What a disgrace for our country, to think that this man was ever on the Supreme Court.

"He is praying the court to give a summary judgment because Nana Akufo-Addo has since March 27, failed to file his defense to battle him in the legal challenge he has dubbed 'Thriller in Manila'". This embarrassing and becoming bizarre by the day. And for sure, Kpegah cannot school Akufo-Addo or his lawyers and here are my reasons. Kpegah is asking for a summary judgment because Akufo-Addo did not file his defence. Kepgah does not even know the rules that governs court procedures and under which he was supposed to have acted under all the years on the bench. If a defendant does not file a statement of defence, the plaintiff asks the court for a default judgment. On the other hand, once a plaintiff files his statement of claim and the defendant files his defence, one party (either the plaintiff or the defendant) can file a motion for a summary judgment on the grounds that the pleadings of the other party do not disclose any genuine issue for trial. In other words, there is no way in heaven a summary judgment can be applied for and given without a party filing a defence. Therefore, Kpegah, for starters, has to get his procedures right: if Nana did not file a statement of defence, Kpegah applies for a default judgment; if Nana filed a defence but it does not disclose a genuine issue for trial, Kpegah goes for a summary judgment. At any rate, I still maintain that at the end of the day, Kpegah he has no standing to bring the action in his personal capacity.
