The opening paragraph states, “I came to serve; I have finished my time here on earth and have moved on to everlasting rest and celestial duties with my heavenly father.”

The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

There are people like Rawlings and Kuffour who have Honorary degrees but do not call themselves Doctors at any forum. Let us leave Spio alone.

Students in High schools never get the chance to receive any job skills except selling after school. At the university, they still do not get on the job training. So after school, all they know to do is look for office job, do buying and selling. Something serious needs to be done about our educational system

What Ghana's graduating students, both secondary and post secondary education) lack has always been practical application of what it was they claim to have learned or mastered. Dr. Spio-Garbrah, as President of an institution, need to put his money where his mouth is and undertake implementation of his wishful or desired changes in the course structure and or curriculum of some of the subject disciplines at his university before preaching to the nation. Show us what you are talking about by ensuring your graduating students have both the theoretical know-how and the desirable application aptitude to gain employment numbers where none could.

Have you now seen the light and want a change to our former progressive selves after your contribution has already damaged our once noble and proactive education systems and made it suffered from unrecovery state, destroyed all that the selfless missionaries and the great Osagyefo Kwame Nkrumah did for our country's education which made us brilliantly proud and a powerful academic nation.

The shame and the embarrassment is, Ghana is today producing academic illiterates who are not market ready as results of the primitively thought P/NDC political/education policies which disgustingly forced our children to put on one identical school uniform as if Ghana was a communist state.

All of you including your master criminal Rawlings must be made to face prosecuted for bringing mother Ghana on her pathetic knees not only in education but in every area of our social economic and political developments.
