It is the uselessly self centred leader or president who appoints from the army commander to the chief labourer so how can the army commander, the IGP, the revenue boss and any other appointees defy the orders of a good for nothing president if i may ask ?.The typical African leader steals the tax payer's money and keeps it in foreign banks, the useless African leader cheats his nation when he negotiates on behalf of his country and end up impoverishing the entire nation.
The African leader displays crass financial illitracy and engages in ethnocentrism to perpetuate backward leadership and in the end sends a lot of people to their untimely graves.

Again, people in authority do not care about any information given concerning corruption since they are architectural brains behind those dubious deals. Dare report any corrupt behavior that happens at your jurisdiction and you'll be amazed, your reward would be a scape goat or better still absolutely betrayer.

One thing I find it hard to believe is that it is open practice of the Water and Sewerage and Electricity Corporations to make things hard for Ghanaians to get water and electricity service connections to their homes that they are forced under the circumstance to give bribes to officials of the corporations before they get the needed services connections to their homes. It is about time Ghanaians stand up against such a cancer in any way possible, such as an organized national demonstration in front of Parliament, The Castle, the bribery and corrupt infested Corporations, the Regional Administrative Offices as well as the Income Tax offices, the ports authority and the Customs offices.
