The petitioners lawyer admitted to submitting sheets that should not be, they were 3 in number and they agreed that they were wrong in submitting 2 of them but they claimed one has parliamentary written on it but was cancelled and presidential was written. First respondent then argued that that was original and if the petitions had one that contradicts the EC own they should produce it. The petitioners could not produce anything to counter the EC. Why are people mischievous trying to mislead the blind. Only a fool will refuse to see many lies and falsification in the so called Dr, (Bawumia submissions). NPP simply has no case, elections are won at the polling stations not in courts. When Bawumia was asked if he did not have polling agents with mobile phones to reports incidences he said they had,but went on to tell Tsatsu that "you and I were not there".So if there are new elections he Bawumiah can at the same time be in all polling stations? he will keep rejecting every elections because he is not personally at the polling station until he Bawumia must be the winner? those are the childish answers given by Bawumia which his blind supporters can not see. This is court and the points are important than lectures and dancing around.

When question was thrown at him concerning polling agents he Bawumia says "You and I were not there", that is childish answer but fools think Bawumia is intelligent. If you and I were not there and you want the court to annul over 4 million votes, when new elections are conducted you and I can be at all the polling stations at the same time? In short if you do not trust any polling agent and you are calling for new elections will you be at all the polling stations at the same time by yourself? The omissions, irregularities and statutory violations which were committed with JDM in some instances, urging the EC to flout the law with impunity so some voters could vote without verification which is in direct contravention of the law, makes his declaration null and void. We are praying the right thing is done and the people's mandate in an election in any democracy is respected. Litor, Idun and Tsikata would have a hell of a herculean job defending such thievery and flagrant abuse of the statutory regulations governing the conduct of elections, because the truth cannot be submerged. No matter how hard one tries to supress it, it would pop up like a cork in water. JDM connived with the EC to steal the elections.

There was no rigging,there was no fraud and Nana Addo lost the elections fairly.The NPP moutain of evidence could not prove where Prez Mahama steal vote from Nana Addo.Bawumia could not prove where EC stole votes from Nana Addo to Prez Mahama.Bawumia did not prove any rigging and fraud during the 2012 general elections.The truth is that Bawumia's evidence is specifically based on administrative lapses in the electoral system but nothing about stolen verdict in 2012.We are just wasting our precious time.It's time for Nana Addo to tell his supporters the truth.The truth is that he lost the elections because he did not do his home work well.We have all seen the truth that Prez Mahama didn't steal a pesewa from Nana Addo to win the elections.Thank you.
