Ghanaian People and conspired with evil Afari Djan to do what is not right and called him (Mahama) as a winner of the elections meanwhile Nana Akuffo did win that election landslidevictory.

As Mormah won his writ so as Nana Akuffo Addo will equally win their
election petision now in the hands of the Supreme Court.

MY QUESTION IS- CAN A COURT CHANGE A CONSTITUTIONAL LAW, WHEN A CASE IN THE COURT WAS FILED UNDER A LAW TO BE CHANGED? I THINK THE LAW CAN BE CHANGED AFTER THE JUDGEMENT OF THE CASE IN COURT.

The opening paragraph states, “I came to serve; I have finished my time here on earth and have moved on to everlasting rest and celestial duties with my heavenly father.”

The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

The letter then goes on melodramatically, “As you leaf through these pages of my life’s story, I pray to God that it touches your heart in many positive ways. Weep not, I am not dead. Were votes subtracted from the defeated Akuffo Addo? And did Prez Mahama get extra votes which made him win? If a presiding officer fail to append his signature, should the defeated Akuffo-Addo capitalize on it to stage a coup in Ghana by taking the sovereign will of the people?
God damn it. Ghanaians will never accept this for anything.

If the CI 75 is annulled and make the Petitioners case frivolous, then Mahamar can also be removed for winning an election conducted with faulty rules which makes the 2012 election null and void. Read the article on the artic ...

That is why in 2008, on X'mass day she made the court to sit and sent NDC foot soldiers to prison. On 1st January she made the court to sit. The judgement is a big blow which has exposed Georgina Woode. Bravo supreme court.

The contitution says freedom of association which allows demostration, the the same law says the police can stop a demostration if it will bring peace. I therefore I think our supreme court should look at this ruling again. Yes laws are made but there should always be rules to govern the laws if not. I think the judges should come again.
