It appears the claim for and payments of judgement debts in Ghana is big business between politicians, civil servants and judges on one side and the claimants on the other. Politicians abuse their positions to even encourage and support individuals and organisations to make claims whilst civil servants and judges facilitate the claims and payments and after the claim is paid the booty is shared amongst themselves. This is typical of Woyomegate and this land case. What a shame?

This is complete corruption and if there is any case which warrants Mrs Oppong-Appiah's attention to control her office as the present Ghana's Attorney General, then, this is it. If she can go to court to defend the state in the Socks company case, then why cannot her subordinate at Kumasi do same.

Thus, Mrs Marrietta Oppong-Appiah must act immediately to get ride of this Mr Kpobi at the Ashanti Region Office. The fact is they rather helped the these corrupt Chief and others to steal 11,000,000 CEDIS from the country. Awfully, it is Ghana that has employed these people in the Kuamsi office yet, they rather colluded with thieves to lot the country's coffers.

Lastly, sane Ghanaians must gratefully thank Justice Yaw Apau, for his excellent work which he has just started. It is President Mahama who appointed him to deal with all these corrupt payments of so called JUDGEMENT DEBTS, which really began during John Rawlings time to date. The job is an enormous task which will take sometime. Thus, wisely President Mahama must make available to Justice Yaw Apau all the needed and essential resources for him to diligently carry out the job.

Obviously, it will be of no benefit to Ghana if all payments regarding judgement debts are not investigated by the honoured and learned Justice Apua. Where payment have been made wrongly by Ghana, the sum of money involved must be refunded back by the offender company or persons. A typical example is the 51.7 million CEDIS paid to that corrupt Woyomi.

It is my kindid appeal to Mrs Marrieta Oppong-Appiah, the current Ghana Attorney General and Justice Minister to prepare her office to fight hard to recover all wrongly paid monies back. I strongly believe madam you have already won many Ghanaian hearts and God richly bless you in your work.

When the Lead newspaper in July 2012 exposed the shameful conspiracy by the actors to make the state pay 28 bn cedis for 5000 pairs of Combat Boots which were never imported and therefore never supplied to the Ghana Prisons Service and promised to continue the exposure, the newspaper has been compromised. Similarly Hot FM abrubtly stopped its revellations on the fraudulent and bogus judgement obtained against the state in 2009 and why the AG failed to protect the state's by refusing to appeal against the judgement obtained by fraud in the infamous case of NDK Financial Services v AG. The Press must be principled and live to its calling as the 4th Estate. Help the sole Commissioner to help Ghana.

There are a lot of examples with some being cooked right from the office of the president. What has become of all those cases, your guess is as good as mine. When thieves marauding as politicians of a certain party stock ie the NDC find themselves in power, that is what happens. Their thieving antics even find their way into elections and connive to steal the people's mandate with the EC.

It comes as no surprise at all to many who have long suspected this to be an established practice within the various Ministries.

I would bet my bottom dollar on the likelihood that some top Civil Servants who tend to be permanent structures in the Ministries, especially those of Justice and Finance, initiate such dubious claims to new bosses over the years, and share in the booty.

These folks know most ordinary Ghanaians would never learn or understand this kind of pilfering of our State coffers to raise any alarm to stop them.

It is likely hundreds of such cooked-up claims in various amounts must have been paid out to many local and foreign accomplices over the years. The recent Korean STX failed deal is one such candidate for the scheme.

May The Lord keep us more vigilant from now on.
