The opening paragraph states, “I came to serve; I have finished my time here on earth and have moved on to everlasting rest and celestial duties with my heavenly father.”

The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

The letter then goes on melodramatically, “As you leaf through these pages of my life’s story, I pray to God that it touches your heart in many positive ways. Weep not, I am not dead. I am alive and awake in the Lord. Ghana will not die; Ghana will live to declare the works of the Lord. SOMEBODYS ERROR MUST NOT AFFECT SOMEBODYS PRESIDENCY
Having listened and read proceeding from the court, Truth must be told. NPP’s case is a bogus one that has no merit. It is a case of a sour loser trying to hang onto the last straw. I would be ashamed of myself if any of those contesting the election were my family.
The three areas NPP hyped as avenue for fraud have all been abandoned
1. That on December 8 2012 whilst provisional results were being declared and voting was going on in some polling station, it came to the notice of the petitioners that a company, STL was receiving collated provisional results from polling stations before transmitting it to the second respondent's strong room. Now abandoned
2. The nonexistence of 22 polling station in the declared EC’s 26002 (Ghost polling station is also abandoned. Now abandoned
3. The padding of Mahama’s results ie reducing vote gained by Nana and adding to JM. Now abandoned
Now this has pathetically reduced to three which borders on technicality, the issue which the court will decide.
1. unsigned pink sheet and Same serial numbers
2. voting without biometric verification
3. Over voting.
It should be noted that this applied only in areas JM won. Where is the justice then NPP is howling about. The areas where Nana won with similar issues were disregarded a typical example is where Bawumia voted which the EC wanted to tender in evidence. It is laughable to see how petitioners are struggling to defend this. Bawumia is coached to confine his answers within 3 areas
1. My lord, it is in the face of the pink sheet
2. My lord, One was electronically generated and one was manual
3. But I can assure you my lord, only one was used in the analysis
But thanks God the judges are discerning. The petitioners with all their men, degrees (including master statiscian ) had 21 days to submit their petition to the SC and yet when they were ready they produce a mediocre and shallow report which will not pass for SSS student. Petition was porous, poor in argument, weak in mathematics. They had to rely on the magnanimity of the court after 3 month and in amended petition to put their petition right.
With the caliber of personnel at election centers some having as low as JSS qualification, nursery teachers, Pupil teachers, middle school leavers, secondary school dropouts etc. The petitioners are expecting a perfect report from them within this limited time frame. Don’t we accept +/- 15 % as within acceptable limit in jobs we carry out? Is a certain degree of error not permissible in our jobs?
The condition within which counting was done in some areas they had to resort to using lantern. We all voted and understand the tension buildup during the counting, the mistrust from polling agents. Aftermath of counting…………….Yet with all the time at their disposal the petitioners could make silly mistakes how much less an electoral officer
If NPP doesn’t have faith in their own polling agents why would they rely on pink sheet that they sent to them. After all it wasn’t the EC that sent the pink sheets. I find it absurd that they discredit the very agents who sent the pink sheet from across the country to them yet their soul of argument depends on the same pink sheet.

Why should Bawumia’s yamayama accounting affect JM’s presidency.

Why should someone through no fault of his have his vote annulled when the machine could not verify him biometrically but had to be verified by the face. NVNV should be distinguished from NBVNV.
It is again laughable to equate dash to zero and hence classify as over voting this is absurdity at its best.
Nana Akuffo Addo is Ghana’s Awolowo. Nana Addo is “fufu funu” nobody wants. Ghana’s only rebel leader.

My own brother called 'nyebro' a convicted thief and felon, stole into court a material that had been struck out in the petition and tried to use it to gain an unmerited favor with the court but was stopped by the shrewd straight thinking learned Dr Bawumia. What you stupid,cheap, empty-head and good for nothing ponds of NDC don't know is that, whatever your party says here is of no relevance or consequence to the out come of this petition. All NPP needs to do is only to prove beyond reasonable doubt there was fraud, irregularities, connivance and what have you. This, my friend per the evidence available, will be done with ease when finally its our time to cross examine.

I'm surprised to note how the NDC would want to brag that they've grilled Dr. Bawumia. It's never true! So Tsatsu Tsikata thinks he's he's achieved something in his cross-examination? Hahahaha! If that's what he believe, then he's deceiving himself and the NDC. He's so funny!
Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata has proven to Ghanaians that he's happy to belong to criminals association always; he cannot bring himself to accept the fact that it doesn't pay to defend what is indefensible! Why should they attempt to provide a fictitious letter to the Supreme Court? It's criminal!

He clearly showed that he was not there to speak the truth, No, Truth, is outside the orbit of Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata, and neither was the 'Law', bur rather, to show that he is a 'lawyer', he is 'smart', he is 'tricky' and he is 'witty' enough to win his case, through all means, whether 'fair or foul'.

The leading counsel of the petitioners should take note of the letter purported to have been written by the 1st petitioner, and question Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata of the source, and if it is proved beyond all reasonable doubts that this letter was a forgery, which is a crime, he should take the appropriate legal action against Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata and the 'source of the letter'.

It is a 'forgery', a criminal offence, if the letter was not written and signed by the 1st petitioner, on NPP 'letter head'. It is also a 'theft'. Where did they get the NPP letter-head with the the party logo from?

'Drastic situations require drastic measures.'

Some people in Ghana are trying to be too smarter, and this is one of the causes of the woes in Ghana and if it becomes true that the petitioners have a case and the government is changed, it will be a 'sit-up' call to every Ghanaian.

It is my prayer, that 'Truth', and only the'Truth; be the hallmark and the benchmark of these Supreme Court Judges.

Habba, my brother must you accept everything as your making when others are sitting down gazing? You may come out as candid as possible but you could also come across as reckless and naive and uninformed as possible. What else was done behind your back for which you now have to defend? Desperation is beginning to set in, but Bawumia should avoid explaining away "errors" on their part, it only betrays an attempt to downplay their own failings while highlighting those of others like the EC. having sworn to tell the truth, any such attemt would amount to perjury.
