  Whenever the FWSC is found wanting they always claim, 'Oh we didn't know it was so', yet it is manned by some university graduates. This is how far our useless university education has brought us.

  Fair wages and salaries commission allowed salary increases of certain categories of staff by over 300% whilst some staff actually had their salaries reduced but if not for conversion difference. What type of system is that that allowed 300% increase in wages. Fair wages cared little about professionals who mattered in the system. It will take a long time for the dust to settle from this untidy job done by fare wages. There is a lot of discontent in the system. The professionals who have been sidelined may leave public service if they get the opportunity and Government will get back to using the Middle School leavers they have been used to all these years. That definitly is not good for Ghana. Blame fair wages for all the troubles.
