  This is what some people don't like because it is not they who are in government. The government should guard against them going to stop this laudable investment idea.

Development without energy is like a tree without roots.The second to follow should be our ICT Systems which can help Ghana reduce corruption by 80% by 2018 if this is done. I am wondering if the government has ever researched on this, perhaps ''No'' as the major corruption deals happen among the government officials. If Nkrumah's books like Neo-colonialism the last stage of imperialism, I cry of freedom, Africa must unite, Dark days in Ghana, The challenge of Congo, Consciencism, and the Class structure in Africa that go beyond a strategic guide for us to develop after no traces of the 7 Years Development Plan then no other approach can help us to change our livelihood.   Why do you blame the Chinese company when the Ghanaian Government failed to pay them for the work they were doing.
