  It is time we start doing things to conform to acceptable standards as we develop.

  Its a good ideas and should not end at the launching and big talk without anything being done practically. For we mostly talk big but without walking the talk.

  Also to add my voice the earlier comment by Nunana, I will suggest a follow up on the people who will pass through this training to ensure that they practice what they are taught at the end of the day. In the advanced countries, at list I know of Japan, were supprise visits are made to places to check on their compliance with safety rules at the work place.
  
  Lets learn to start from maybe once in two or three months and adapt a schedule as the need be.It might not be perfct at the beginning but as the say goes" practice makes a man perfect" we can become more safer at our work place gradually.
