The fact is; the one who signed the letter will have to explain the dates and not Tsatsu. All Tsatsu has to do is have a confirmation that the letter is authentic, signed by Nana. What Bawumia is doing does not cast any doubt about the authenticity of the document unless the signature is proven to be forged.

He admits that it was signed by Nana and that is all Tsatsu needed from him. What information he needed will be part of his summary and unless Nana's lawyer are able to redirect and repair the damage it will look like the petitioners are being mischievous, and the Court will not be happy when they sit to deliberate.

Why can we not stick together? This tribal stuff is why Africans are far behind the white man. We do not like it when they discriminate and look down upon us. We do not like it when they call us names and put us down yet we do it to each other as Africans?

In fact you have lost already.You now know that portions of C.I. 75 is inconsistent with Art.42 of the Constitution with respect to Thumb Print verification.'The so called 'NO THUMB PRINT, NO VOTE' is inconsistent with the Constitution. You see, the most important part on the PINK SHEET is the votes obtained by the Presidential Candidate. The other portion i.e. C, CI C3.... is for OFFICE USE ONLY. You CANNOT rely on ADMISTRATIVE/CLERICAL errors in that area to invalidate results to enable you assume the Presidency. In fact the Respondents should present a NO CASE address after the Petitioners had called all their witnesses.Maybe after Dr Bawumiah's evidence, Nana Akufo Addo or Jake would summon the courage and mount the witness box.THIS CASE IS VEXATIOUS, HAS NO MERIT and should be DISMISSED.

Your commissioners of oath (with many yrs experience) forget many many times to sign and stamp legal documents. You also couldn't see these flaws in your affidavit after all your scrutiny, why the hell will u have a problem with a presiding officer (who was trained for days) not signing a pink sheet WHEN EVERYBODY AT POLLING STATIONS ATTESTED TO ELECTIONS BEING FREE AND FAIR. And expect votes to be cancelled because of that. Are u serious???

Humans make errors. And its surprising their Commissioner of oaths could make such errors and Bawumiah (who claims he crosschecked every pink sheet) could not see those illegal errors on their affidavit.

His arguments, sound as they are, appear too advanced for the legal team of the NPP to understand. It is a learning process. They should learn!

The petitioner is asking for the results of so called ghost polling stations to be annulled and yet it managed to identify these polling stations and sent polling agents there.

How were they able to identify those polling stations if there had not been exchanges of correspondence between the EC and the respective parties? If they only found out through their own detective investigations, how come they did not protest and refuse to post their polling agents or even ask them not to sign the pink sheets?

Will they testify in court, that at no point in time were they informed of these polling stations and that they never engaged in correspondence with the EC on this matter? Did they aid and abet in the running of elections at ghost polling ? stations?

Bawuah had subtly said the letter was a forgery when he suggested it was "curios" because of the earlier receipt date than the written dates. Which of the judges will put any value on these letters when Tsatsu did nothing to to proof the genuineness of the letter he was exhibiting in court?
